we had 2nd interview at the same DO. it was rough. very detailed. most questions were asked about sex. and bedroonm.at the end of interview, my wife was asked to bring new medical. we just got our passport stamped couple days ago. still no green card.

after two interviews and two biometrics, my patience ran out. we went to local USCIS and demanded to see officer incharge.after little arguments, the officer decided to approve my wife,s green card and stamped her passport.we r done for 2 years. thanks for your support and wish you all the luck.

after getting the 2nd letter for bimetrics, my oatience ran out. went to uscis and demanded to make decision today. they did. they stamped my wifes passport and said that green card will be in mail. i contacted every politician from local to national level, they couldn,t help.all i can say if your case is real, you shouldn,t be scared. and you don,t have to be waiting for long. go there and demand action. good luck . thanks for lots of support

we made an info pass appointment yesterday. USCIS, stamped my wife,s passport and told me green card will be in mail very soon. i had it. i told them that they either approve today or deny it. we are sick and tired of coming and inquiring about green card. two interviews and 2nd biometrics. we told them that we will camp outside, till we get the decision. they made the decision and stamped my wife,s passport.

you don,t have to be scared of them. be polite and firm. no reason for them to give hard time to new immigrants.good luck guys and girls. you have been good. got lots of support from UUUUUUUU.

Yep what Motu said is right. I have a friend who had to do 2 fingerprints coz somehow the computer failed to read her first one because apparently her fingers were dried and there are some cracks at first. She also had to take another medical exam coz they think she's anemic.

you think after 10 months they find out that her finger prints are not readabel??? i think they are picking on certain applicants.

me and my wife had 2ND AOS interview, end of march. we were expecting that every thing was fine. my wife was asked to have another medical done. we did. after 45 days we are asked to go for biometrics done. we had biometrics done in july 2005 after submitting AOS.

Is any body can tell what,s going on. Why 2ND biometrics??

Mike I think it is good for the second medical and you only submitted it recently. Try and give it a few more weeks and hope you get some good news soon. You have had your share of problems with this case. Hang in there.

PS Have you had a congressman check into your case? I remember Mark had two A numbers and had to get them consolidated on his AOS as well. Marklovestoteach? not too sure of his ID.

i had both senators, writing letters to USCIS. congressman is not very co-operative.after couple more weeks i will ask them to send another inquiry. will make an info pass too.

i am sorry to hear that you're having problems with USCIS again... I don't know what they're thinking though..

I'm thinking like michelleandcraig, maybe it really is a good sign that they asked for a medical.

Out of curiosity though, what happened during the 1st interview that they made u go thru the second? Did you not have enough evidence? Did you stumble on a few questions...?

at the end of ist interview, the officer said that my wife has another file, which she didn't get it from NBC. she will send the decision after sh gets the file. she didn;t ask for any evidence. we had all the evidence she needed.

we had 2nd AOS interview, 3 months after ist interview. at the end of ist interview the officer discovered that my wife has another A file, which she didn't have. she will send the decision after she gets the file.

2nd interview was very nasty. me and my wife was interviewed separately. lots of personal questions. at the end of interview i was told that my wife need another medical. we send the another medical, and they received on april 5th. NO answer yet. we were told nothing , about approval at the end of interview.

You would think something would be updated. Did they tell you now long it would take to get the welcome letter and GC? You could always try an info pass. Good luck

No, they didn't say anything about how long it might take.

Luvy had her interview March 13th and there were no updates until a few days before her card arrived. It arrived last week, thursday. Hopefully yours will arrive soon.

Did she receive any kind of verbal confirmation after her interview? Something like "You are approved" or anything to that effect?

we had second interview at san jose office on march 28. the lady asked us to bring new medical exam. we mailed to her on april 5th. so far no answer. looks like san jose office hesitate to give green card

we had our 2nd interview on march 28. at the end of interview , my wife was told to get results of heptitis C. she was given the reason that at the time of ist medical , she was on borderline for heptitis C. we got full medical done the same day and send the sealed envolope to interviewing officer. so far no news.

at the initial interview we were told that my wife has two A files. and one is not there. we got 2nd interview after 3 months. we don,t know what we should be doing. please advise

my wife has to go thru whole physical exam. today we got the new i-693 filled out by civil surgon, and mailed it to local uscis by registerd mail. i hope we get approval soon,

Come on Shon. I used the word ‘Completing’ mean I am filling that form as a matter of fact I completed all the forms myself but didn’t sign it. I know I am petitioner and she is applicant/Beneficiary. I can fill the forms but not signed it. I think most of USCs done paper work on their spouse behalf.

I rather do this process right the first time without having to add more drama to this hellish process.

we had our 2nd interview for AOS. it was very detailed. me and wife were intervied seperately. the lady officer was very mean. i had to stop her couple times and told her to be respectfull, she kept on saying that she is doing her job. she wanted to know if we sleep together, what side of the bed we sleep, favorite food?? how the bedroom looks like, she ask us to draw the pic. of bedroom.

at the end of interview, she gave me a write up to go to civil surgeon and have my wifes, heptitis C checked out. she said my wife was on borderline for heptitis c at islambad, medical check up time. this test is very expensive and takes 7 days to get results.

thanks guys for your support. i beleive that if you think that interview officer is not behaving, you must complain to the officer incharge in writing. they can not do no harm. at least in the future they will behave. if enough coplaints are filed about an officer, they will be fired. so don,t take no ######, from those hugh paid clercks.

Sorry that you have experienced such difficulty. Try to think of the test for Hep C as something of a precaution, or perhaps something that was flagged on the file that she was only checking up on?

Hi everyone....well my dad called my father in law and asked for a divorce....but his family refuss to reply.

I have a feeling they are laying low and hiding until the interview date (june 1st).....

what do I do. I dont want him here and I want to be free of this man....what paperwork should I file until I get a divorce to stop the interview and immigration.

you have to write to embassy and then the service center who approved the petition.

i believe she had no business to be this aggressive. and test for heptitis C is not needed. she did it to delay the issuance of green card.

she asked the same questions, with my wife.i was very offensive. nothing to be scared. she kept on telling me that she is doing her job. at the end of interview she gave us a slip, stating that my wife needs to be checked out for heptitis c. she was on border line, at the embassy for heptitis C. so we went to civil surgeon, for test. results will be in after one week. i will file complain about the agressive behavior of the officer.

i had letters from mayor of the city, from well known business people that they know that we are married. but she kept on going on and on, with her agressive behaviour.i hope we are done with this AOS thing. we have to send her the medical report about heptitis C.

stuff is a big a$z hassle. K-3 is operation waste time. I could see it being a benifit perhaps

to avoid all this wait. but, since its not doing what it said it would do. I certainly, am glad to

2nd interview with video tape is very un-common. usually done when there is a doubt. but we r really married for good.so i would'nt worry.

me and my wife will go for 2nd interview. the letter says it will be video taped. this time they want more documents than before. we had ist interview in Dec. last year.at the end of interview the officer said you have two A files, and other file was not there.after inquiring several times, we got notice for 2nd interview.

we have been called for 2nd interview at san jose. this one will be video taped. in the ist interview the officer didn't have the 2nd file with different A number.they have asked us to bring more stuff than the orignal interview
