My wife had her bio today. she has problem memorizing 100 questions. any idea, how she can do this.i have printed those 100 questions from USCIS web site. does any one bought DVD. Is this any help. Thanks for your feed back.

The ASC office is not too far from us. we planning to walk in. we had good luck before. any experience for walk in for BIO appt.

My wife wants to apply for citizenship. right now we have no money because we lost our jobs. she will like to apply with fee waiver request.does any one has any experience? does it delay the process with fee waiver? your help will be appreciated. does any one has applied for fee waiver. please tell me your experiences you have. thanks

Ok so I talked to my fiancee...and here is what I found out:

I was a little confused on the ID card. It turns out you do not have to have it translated but she did it just incase it was needed. However, the beneficiary does need to have his/her birth certificate translated and notarized.

only time you will be abel to get police certificate ,when you get the letter from embassy. you have to go to your local police station, with two pics.

Congrugulations...whats your time line and service center???

citizenship in san jose takes 14 months.

my wife is from pakistan. she got 10 year green card without interview.

we got the Card today. 4 days after the E mail . We are done for 10 years. wish you guys good luck.

Yep, the card production centers are located in CSC, and possibly in VSC too. The card is quite complex, so the production is only at a service center.

My wife and daughters' cards came from NBC in Lee's Summit, MO.

There is not too much can be done for tourist visa. it's totally up to interviwing officer. He/she must belieive that applicant will be back. Applicant has to show strong ties. Job, house, family, bank balance. My mother in law was denied too last year.

We just got E mail that our card is approved today. How long it takes to get the green card ???

our family friend married some one. He got coditional green card couple months ago. She noticed that husband is a completely changed person, after he got his conditional green card. She is thinking he married her for green card. She is bitter. She wants to punish him. What she can Do Now.

it took us 60 days to get bio fron CSC. we had called #800 3 times, got info pass appt. and wrote to our senator. the bio letter came with the inquiry letter. good luck.

Looking at your time line, my guess is you will get approval.

you can put your name on the deed without re finance. if you know a realtor, he/she can do it for free.
