i live in milpitas too. just went thru AOS and now doing removing conditions. you can count on us for any help. my wife came from pakistan.

we are not dealing with NBC. It is for removing conditions, for 2 year conditional green card.

For AOS, we walked in 15 days early. Told the lady that we were in the area, She said no problem.

It has been almost 2 months since i received my NOA from CSC. No bio appt. yet. i m worried.

i just got the letter from senator. they inquired from CSC, they haven't send the bio appt. yet. i have been told, if i don,t get in 30 days, i should contact them again. Atleast i know, it is not lost in the mail.

my wife's k3 visa was expedited, because my wife had died and i had to take care 4 children. was unable to go to work. with congressman's help it was expedited all the way to the embassy.

well i have 4 children from previous wife, what they have to do in removing condition. thats why i had called the #800 customer service. they told me that is about children if they have immigrated with the spouse who is removing condition. i had spoken to two different customer service persons. may be both of them gave me wrong info.???

i have a daughter born in july. i had called the customer service to find out if i should write her name in part 5. i was told it doesn't apply. it is for children who immigrated with you.

Can any one answer this..???Who sends the BIO appt.

i got expedite because i had to take care of 4 children. CSC gave expedite but NVC didn't. good luck. it all depends who is looking at your request.

I want to know who sends the Bio Appointment letter. Its the Sevice center or Application Support Center???

Hmm, maybe an infopass appointment? I'm also in San Jose and filed on 4/9 and I got my notice today. So it was really fast for me.

I think you'd better call USCIS to see if the biometrics notice is lost in mail... 7 weeks are a bit too long for a bio notice IMO.

I called USCIS customer sevice #800 number. they told me that call us in 30 days. they gave me a trascation number.

Visit your Local office.. In case it has been lost in the mail, you should have it documented. I made infopass appt. it was no help. but i have documentation that i inquired about BIO appt. I also called customer service and i got case no. good luck. please keep us updated.

sent in i-751 with supp. documnets around 3/5/08 - check cashed and notice extending GC for 1 more yr received 3/11/08 - havenot heard back since then.....panicking?
