@jjoe123 - N400 applications are considered and evaluated individually.  The scenario you are running into is very common.  I'd suggest both of you take your interviews at the time mentioned in the notice. There is no good reason to try to mess around with interview dates and times unless you have a true emergency. Even if you both were given the same time, it's mostly going to be conducted by different officers anyways.

I had my n-400 interview at the Philadelphia office today. I was approved and now waiting for the Oath ceremony scheduling. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any specific questions. The interview was virtual. The interviewing officer was sitting in some other state. I parked on the street right outside the building and paid $1.77 for 1 hour. There is plenty of street parking around the building. I suggest that you get meterup app on your phone before going to the interview and use street parking instead of paying over $20 for parking garages.

I try my best to get people to be aggressive with the government on this, but I do it best when I am calm.
Some people will still sit and be passive, and as much as I cringe when I see them do that, there is really nothing I can do light a fire under their seats. They are the USCIS's dream come true. USCIS barks "Go away", and they do.
I refuse to be USCISs dream come true. I do what I need to make my own dreams come true instead. And I wish everybody here would do the same.

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between October 20, 2010 and October 27, 2010*. Yeah right its November 1st and nothing yet
I really wish I could understand the way VSC works...seriously they are making me go crazy I've been looking at Igor's list and several couples who filed their petition 2 or even 3 days later than we did, got their approvals...happy for them but this waiting its getting really annoying
