We did call the uscis. Representative was reading from a script. At a point she asked me the same question 3 times...
Asked to talk to a supervisor. As if you were talking to a wall. They even told me that in reality it depends to the Examining Officer who examines our papers how he sees our marriage "one officer might believe you are not married in good faith while another will...".
There was no way to contact anyone in our electric company, despite our efforts and I am saying the truth here, believe me.
Like I said on a previous post, if after re-sending my proofs, we don't get our approval, I will ask to present ourselves in front of an immigration court, if needed.
I 've had enough with this people that think they can play with other people's lives...

I am not from Canada (I have only been there for vac). Don't know if you 'd believe me, but if I 'd have the chance to MOVE to Canada, I 'd do that no questions asked. What would keep you in the States the way our politicians turned them to be and today ain't nothing but a luxury prison with golden bars, where we feel "secure" and "happy" while the government has under surveillance every little step we take and every breath we take and they only thing they haven't taxed yet is sex and farts... Don't come here, my friend. If Canada is no good for you, then here is ####### and you 'll regret the time you 've set your foot on this country if you come; remember my words.

Ι do appreciate the kindness of Bouckari to help me on that same way I take very careful into consideration the words of Aaron, yet I remind again to BOTH of you, that if a post is not active for some time, it doesn't mean we can't comment or that we simply ignore it. I personally believe that all kind of help that comes is good help.
From what I read here from your posts, I get the sense that since she wasn't away for more than 6 months, then she will have no problem up on entering again in the country or in her status when she will apply for her adjustment, am I correct? Again all answers are appreciated and the help you provide here, I am sure God will return it to you.

So on LINE 23 what do we put (CHIRST HELP here the confusion I have...)? Do we put the GROSS income for 2010 as written on our W2 or whatever we have grossed since 01/01/2011 up until now?
