i-864: line 23 question

Hi everyone! my journey is nearing its end, but I have one last (i think) question...

On line 23 it says "My current individual annual income is:"

now, I am currently living in the Philippines. I am working for a company here in Manila (since 03-2010). I have not filed my 2010 tax return yet.

Do I put the annual salary that I make at my job here in Manila? Or do I put the salary of my last tax return (2009)?

If I am supposed to put my annual salary here in Manila, the exchange rate changes often, so do I convert to dollars from pesos the day before the interview?

Sorry if a similar question has been asked, I tried to look on here, but could not find an answer to my question

thank you so much

So on LINE 23 what do we put (CHIRST HELP here the confusion I have...)? Do we put the GROSS income for 2010 as written on our W2 or whatever we have grossed since 01/01/2011 up until now?

In general, you put your expected income in the upcoming 12 months.

I'm having some problems filling out the forms too since my husband has been a student for the past 5 years and graduated last year so yeah...I know he's not required to file taxes but I'm just bloody confused what to put in the annual income since he's getting a stipend weekly and a monthly allowance which is considered a Foreign Income... @_@
