Hi! I read about your passport journey. I am in that journey right now. I was married to my dad’s father and divorced him. We dédient have any custody agreement on my divorce or anything regarding custody. My daughter has been here in the US since 2011 when she was 9. I became a citizen in 2013. Now she is 16 and they are asking for legal custody paper work, which I don’t have. Her father lives in another country.i have not received any support from him whatsoever. 

How did you explain the situation your situation to the passport people?

Daughter's case was completed on Feb 3 and received interview date for March 11. How do you re-schedule the appointment interview in US Embassy Manila for CR2?

This is another Amazing Day for us!! Yesterday our interview was approved & today I rang NVC and was informed that my daughter's case was completed last Feb 3!!!!!!! I am so overjoyed & overwhelmed!!! Thank you God!!

Tomorrow is interview day!!! Butterflies in my stomach, excited, happy!!

Received EAD Card!!! Yahooo!!

Yehey!!!! Card Production Ordered!!...Very Happy!!

I just want to know, if your kids are minor and will they be interviewed even if they are minors? and who are accompanying them if you're not there?..My daughter is a minor, and I'm wondering if I need to go home to be with her when she gets her visa or I can ask my parents or siblings to accompany her?
