    Thank you for responding! She's 74. Do I need to get her an insurance when her papers are approved at the NVC level prior to interview at the embassy? I plan to get her an insurance from the Healthcare Market Place here in NYC.

    Hello - I am about to submit my I-130 for my mother. For those that have gone through this process, is the timeline really at 18-24 months? I also want to confirm if the following fees are what I need to pay for at different stages of the application (not including incidental expenses): I-130 - $625 NVC - $325 AOS -$120 (Affidavit of Support) St Luke's Medical - 30K (rounded off) Am I missing anything else? Thank you.
