  1. Just sent ours out yesterday, eeeh! I was so nervous to send it out since I was afraid I would forget something. I checked over everything about 10 times the day of sending it out, even once in the post office before putting it in the envelope.

I did the same! I left work 2 hours early on Friday took whole weekend to just finish reviewing and even took monday off to just mail it out lol

    Employment Authorization (EAD) approval:

    Interview Scheduled:

    Interview Results!

    AOS Approved:

    Thanks for the summary :star:

All of us are stepping forward little by little!!

  3. Thank you very much!

Ok, i am confused now.... I thought those will be the "evidence" to bring to the interview? Oh, well, it's too late for me to include those documents - i've already sent the package. :(

Don't worry too much about the evidence. You'll probably have to present them at the interview.

Worst case senario now is RFE, which I don't think that'll happen!

Good news for us today.ASC appointment notice received,as well as hard copies for I-102.One step closer!

    What is I-102???

  4. I'm wondering what evidence of marriage/living together did everyone send in their AOS packets?

    Aya

We sent out 1) Auto Insurance with both names on it, 2) Appartment lease, 3) Pictures with family members, 4)Bank Statement with both names on it, and 5)Marriage certificate.

I pretty much copied my friends package that the attoney prepared for them, so it should be good enough!!

  5.

Our case was transferred to CSC in May...never got a text, email or anything saying case had been resumed. Should I be concerned about this? I never signed up for the updates on the web page, as I would almost never have time to check it. I did sign up for text updates.. and got 6 of those the day our case was accepted.. but never got another one.

I never received anything from them neither.

I don't think it's a big deal unless you really need to know every update

  6. Hello all. My NOA1 date is 5-27-10. I just got a text last night that they sent us a RFE on 6-15-10 :crying: . I know I am being inpatient but I want to know what they are wanting. I tried to call USCIS and can not get anyone on telephone. Does anyone know if they will tell you over the phone what they are needing? Also, what time zone are they in? It says they take calls from 8am to 8pm, but I cant get to anyone. Im in EST. Im wondering if it has something to do with the medical. All I sent in was my husbands vaccination report and not the civil surgeon form (I took a chance on this per others I know only sent this with success). Thanks.

It must be the medical form then. USCIS has been strict with forms now.

Well, they seems to be in a strange place considering the time people are receiving texts from USCIS. Just be patient and keep calling!

    Good luck!

  7. My patience has been starting to wear thing recently, so getting this email from the lawyer today was great, I was only at the INFOPASS office last week and whats funny is the Interview Letter was sent the same day as the appointment, I wonder if it was a coincidence or if it was already in the offing, I guess we'll never know.

I was nervous going for my Biometrics app, I don't know why, the people at the Bio centre were great and made me feel relaxed, I guess I could have gone for my appointment sooner, but didn't. I wish you the best of luck with your AOS.

    Take care Junko

    Beth

    Thank you, Beth!

Immigration works in a funny way and sometimes it does make us wonder…

Let’s cross our fingers for smoother process..

  8. Junko & Martin,

    Thanks for your kind words.

I think that website if a bit useless, but that's only my opinion.

How are things going for you guys?

    Beth :)

    BethandBilly -

Ya I agree with you about the website...

We filed late May so I'm a bit behind you.

I just received appointment notice for fingerprint for in two weeks.

I was gonna walk-in but don't have time so i'm just gonna go as scheduled.

Just trying to be patient I guess...

  10. Got word from our Lawyer today, we have our interview set up for July 19th, the USCIS website was never updated to reflect anything, so I guess I was worrying over nothing.

    Wish us luck :)

    BethandBilly -

That's a great news!!! Your journey is almost over then :)

I never receive any update on website so I guess we can't depend on that too much...

Good luck at interview and give us a feed back after!

  11. I would be surprised if I make it to citizenship because my husband might get tired of my compaining about USCIS in the meantime :rofl::rofl:

    Good luck May filers!

Same here... He is so tired of me complaining everyday.

On top of that, I complain so much about my work...

Can't wait to everything get sort out and be free from limits in life!!

But it’s relieving to know that it’s not just me lol
