    Congratulations to all the AP's, EAD & GC approvals and good luck to all having interviews soon. Still no touch on my case since my walk-in biometrics; I am getting a little worried. I wish I could get touched :(

    Don't worry about no touch on your case.

    I had no touch since 6/28 right after my biometrics and received interview notice out of blue & EAD card production notice via text!

    Fist time ever received any notice electorically....

    They are just not good with updated :)

    It will happen before you know it!

    well this isn't one of the things you can get an update from the USCIS.

    We just found out my wife is PREGNANT :-)

    We are about 2-4 weeks in so along time to go but hope this is proof to the USCIS that we are going to be together.

    On that note, Do i need to change my i864 now to 3 people. i hope that don't mean my 125% would go up to a different bracket lol. It would be well worth it though :-)

    Although we are not planning ours yet, we'd love to have one some day; so that gets me super excited for you!!!

    As per I-864, don't chenge anything. You should think about it once the baby is here :)

    I'm sure that you are frustrated beyond belief!! I would be as well! I hope you guys hear something soon.

    I find this whole process interesting and baffling. I wish that I had the time (and more of a desire!) to do a statistical survey on which applications get processed at what speed. Yes, of course, the USCIS have their own "stats" out, but I seriously think that they are tainted based on their own ideals. I'm wondering if your biometrics are taking longer to be scheduled because of the type of AOS you are doing (from a F1) as opposed to others (i.e. is a K-1 AOS faster and/or easier for them because a lot of their legwork was done during the K-1 process?). Just a thought and an idea. And obviously, certainly countries require certain things, and what I mean by that is if you are interviewing for a K-1 in Morocco for instance, most know that they will more than likely be put into administrative processing if not flat out denied the first try because Morocco is supposedly one of the highest marriage visa fraud countries.

    Ok, I'm just thinking out loud and trying to get my mind off of work. It really sucks right now and I would rather eat glass than work here any longer, but I don't always get what I want :crying::rofl:

    I was in the same kinda shoe as you are about job... And I ended up quitting before receiving my EAD.

    It sucks not to be able to anything but I'm trying to be patient, I guess.

    Try not to think how work suck and dream about the day we receive our GC in our hand!!

    Thanks, I have been reading through this forum for the last one hour and I am so glad that something like this exists. One quick question. I haven't received any touches in almost a month and I didn't get one even after my biometrics. Anyone had this happen to them? Should I call USCIS to verify that everything went well with my walk-in biometrics and that I have not forfeited my AOS application. The wait, as you say on here "to be touched" is killing me. Thanks in advance. Gosh I am so excited that their is a forum like this for people to help each other out.

    I woldn'd worry about it neither.

    I got one touch after biometrics on June 28th and nothing ever since. Then all of sudden I received interview request... USCIS is not really good at updating online..

    Welcome to the June filers group bullingi23!

    Sorry to hear about the RFE's for those of you who got them and a big thanks to Beth for updating the list! We have an update ... today we attempted to do a walk-in biometrics appointment (the first time we tried we were turned away) and it was successful! :dance: So, as of today, biometrics are officially done! Here's hoping we get some touches soon!

    Good evening, I have been reading the boards for a while now and thought it was about time I made a contribution.

    My status on the USCIS site has not been updated since 8th July (Biometrics appt 2nd July) and totally out of the blue I recieved a request to attend the initial interview in the mail!!

    So...20th August is the date.

    Same thing happened to me too :)

    Yay!! I did receive an interview letter - Aug 16th Mon - today Jul 17. But it's kinda strange that the Interview Letter was dated July 13, but USCIS received my RFE docs last July 14, it was resumed July 15, wierd ha? So which, mean USCIS have already the interview letter/date all in awhile. Interesting!!

    Anyways, I have a dilemna now. I have an important class for my work on Aug 16. So which mean, I have to postpone this class and look other class for my work. I heard that you dont have to postpone the schedule interview date, or else, later on, you might be in trouble.

    Second any guidelines on AOS interview, specially in San Francisco?

    hey guys we sent our aos package june 2nd and did biometrics june 25th, we got no touches except the first time which was from june 8th. we recently got interview date this past thurs (jul 11). so our interview will be aug 11! we werent realy expecting it since we saw no touches but nonetheless greatful for it so in case anyone else is worried ther case has got no touches, just be patient not all cases wil show touches online i guess. We have yet to hear bout the EAD hopefully we will get that soon as well.

    in the mean time....any advice from anyone here on how to prepare for the interview?

    My timeline is very similer to yours.

    I've done my biometrics on the 25th and haven't seen any update or heard news about my case has transferred to California Service Center...

    I hope same thing will happen to me to...

    If you check May filers, they have lots infor for interview preparation!
