Travel insurance with COVID-19 coverage is a requirement for certain travelers to the Philippines.
 

Correct.  I (US Citizen) traveled with my Filipino wife last month.  I did need a copy of the marriage certificate though.  No visa required for me.

According to the Philippine Embassy, if your US husband is travelling with you, he will not need a VISA.

I sent my original birth certificate to my fiance. You can always just go to any NSO business office and request another. That's what i did. For the picture, you can always go to the photo shop and get the right size this time and remind not to edit it.Goodluck!
