1. Aaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got my interview letter!!!! No way!!! It comes when you least expect it!!!

    July 26 at 8.00 am

Go AllA!! GO ALLA!! GO ALLA!!!

    Yyyyaaaayyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!! (L) (L) (F) (F) (L)(F)(L)(F)(L)

yyyeeeaaaaaaaayy!!! I am sooo happy for You!!!! :D

    yaayyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!

great! this gives me hope that in some cases 2 months of waiting is normal and nothing to worry about, phew! oOo and interview only 4 weeks away.

oohhh and major congratz on the job! dont worry, Im sure its good to build up the resume, its a tough job market.

Im gonna have some cake which i made yest to celebrate for You :)

ohh ps: atlanta is the city which always sleeps lol? NYC is the city which never sleeps thats why ppl are so cranky and cant get anything done cuz they r sleep deprived so i might be waiting 2 months for the letter as well, but i think now i will be less freaked out.

You deserved to finally get it!!

Heyyy im gettting two pieces of cake to celebrate! LOL :D

  2. great USCIS has us crying & drinking in corners now lol

Sure Krys & Nova, we need to find a local corner lol

Alla seriously I am waayyyy beyond amazed about how friggin long it is taking 4 u hun!

It is VERY unfair! Cuz u filed first. I wonder if we will ever know this USCIS process.

we can only speculate and compare to make ourselves feel better or worse in some cases lol.

i know wat u mean about it being like a drug..

i had a dream like 2 nights ago when i was in my home country and I just remember crying and being so sad because my husband was in the US and i was soo devastated that i couldnt be with him :(

So this is always def in my subconscious even when i try not 2 think about it.

  3. If you're in NYC that may be why you're experiencing a delay. Doesn't it have the highest immigrant population in the entire US?

yea NYC does have a very high immigrant population, your right that may cause a delay. I have a hunch overstays may have to be checked out by an actual person, meaning an immigration officer might have to look at my case, instead of just the computer sending everything out.

i think by now its about luck because i applied ont he 21st got two rfe s n somehow got everything but interview i hope the day IS TODAYYYYYYYYYY

    did you try clling them?

omg just right now i ws having crazy thoughts i like " well the mailman is only human, wut if he puts it in the wrong mail box, i mean how cn he memmorize that well" haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa we all gonna get out from this experience a lil crazy lol

but yea i think it is alot about luck as well since someone from NYC filled about the same date and recieved their interview letter.

No i havent tried calling them, but what i see from Alla's response they dont really have much info anyway. I will wait until like next wed, then try to call FBI to make sure everything checked out and is sent back to USCIS and maybe try calling USCIS even though i dont think they will tell me much.

YES! i have alot of what-ifs, i've becomes obsessed with the mail and stopped trusting them. Im having thoughts like OMG what if my interview letter is laying somewhere in another house becuase the mailman made a mistake?! and my interview date is coming up and I wont show up because I dont know and my case will be denied....

I wonder if i called USCIS and i had something scheduled they would be able to see that and tell me right?

It will be there. I also feel that way past few days ago. I'm creating all these thoughts, all the what-if's. But all we can do now is just think positively. Im praying for you all

and i also want to go to hawaii. Just unsure if it will be a problem when you re-enter. :hehe:

i wanna go to hawaii when i get my GC to celebrate actually, that or the bahamas but bahamas are not part of the united states. Im scared to travel since im an overstay, heard today my friends aunt was taking a train from chicago to NYC and immigation stopped and checked her and she was an overstay 12 years and they put her in immigration jail and plan to ship her back.. SCARY STUFF!!

THX GUYS FOR TAKING THE TIME 2 WRITE AND GIVE ME HOPE!! (L)(F)

  4. This is driving me insane!!! Where is my interview letter? Had no rfe's , over a month after biometrics!! ;( makes me want to cry...

I need a vacation in the 50th state of the USA too!! lol

You guys with interview letters are very lucky! :)

so only about 5-6 people are left without interview letters huh?

    Me?

    Mp0009

    Alla

    paulmherri

    sensii

but am i the only one without anything? meaning no EAD as well

and it was such a good start... sigh

omg i cant take it anymore! :crying: :crying:

  5. hello every one here!

I'm coming from a very nice SSA/DMV trip, and i made my case move forward.

1- at the SSA: I got a provisory SSN card, w/ THE SSN on it! (30minutes)

2- at the DMV: went directly to DMV and file for DL, succeed my writing test first shot and *surprise* I'm allowed to drive already!

You had a very productive day! Nice!! Good to know that with EAD u can def get ur license! Congratz! :)

i overstayd longer thanu my passport also ws lost but i made a copy of my 1 94 when my mother firstt applied for me.. o u have ur 94 number? if yes u ll be ok

    AND A REMINDER TO EVERONE

ALSWAYS I REPEAT ALWAYS MAKE A COPY OF UR DOCUMENTS

    EAD

    AP N GREEN CARD

    PASSPORT

    DRIVERS LICENSE

    EVERY LITTLE THING

U NEVER KNOW WHEN ITS LOST N U NEED TO THE OTHER AS BACKUP N PROOF DAT u have had those documents previously

thank you for the info, yea i actually pulled out the card cuz i used the passport as ID here and i do have the original i94 card with the arrival/departure number. So yes yes yes, im sooo glad i did that and i have the i94.

You are absolutly right, unfortunately we remember that we should have made copies after we already lost the documents

  6. lol... the USCIS just blows my mind lol

Your letter is coming soon sensii and Alla... Just a lil while longer...

heyyyyy wat about my letter? is my letter not coming soon? ;( lol

ohh and yes I am an overstay and I asked around at some agencies and did not apply for advance pAarole cuz technically they should let you in but as alot of you mentioned if your an overstay they can issue the ban and not let you return for years.

I am 5 year overstay so i would get a 10 yr if i left, thats crazy.

I am actually a little scared of the interview because I do not have a entry stamp in my passport becuase that passport was lost and i got a new one. So my new one there is ZERO stamps in there cuz i havent traveled anywhere since. But I do have my i94 card so i hope that will be enough to prove i entered legally and with inspection.

yea the EAD doesnt really count for anything once you leave the country, i believe on the card itself it states that it is only work employment in the US and does not guarantee for you to re enter the country.

I mean techinally if you have Advanced Parole they should let you in, but as i mentioned beefore I wouldnt leave the country

until I had my greencard in hand.

Im actually afraid to drive to another state because once you go up north near canada they randomly check cars and buses for illegal immigrants. OMG if i lived in Arizona i would probably be afraid to leave my house because of that new law...

  7. thnX JANNAH

krys n nova...hopefully none of us will forever go bck to it

I HAVE A QUESTIONS...I JUST RECEIVED MY APPROVAL NOTICE, MY DAD IS NT OK AND I WANNA GO THERE NOW IF I COULD

BUT I OVERSTAYED BEFORE...N MY HUSBAND IS IN IRAQ...SO IM ALONE HERE....DO U THINK ITS A RISK TO TRAVEL?I MEAN I L BE GETTING MY WORK PERMIT IN THE MAIL BY THEN N WILL GET A SOCIAL...N THEN I WANNA GO N COME SHRTLY BEFORE MY INTERVIEW DATE...

    i should be ok right?

n btw i didnt cross the border i flew to the us when i ws young, my parents brought me here...

i think there is a difference between uninspected crossing n flying in with a visa...right?

did you apply for advanced parole and get approved? if yes, then u can fly

but just EAD you cannot fly because they dont necessarily have to let you back into the United States.

personally I would not risk flying until I have my greencard.

  8. Thank you guys so much for your support!!!

    I don't know what I would do without you. I would go coo-coo :D

MP009, I saw some overstayed people received during a month their IL, so probably it is not the case. I think they suspect smth and spying after me when I go with my hubby for groceries or to the park.

ha well there goes my whole theory.... lol

you know wat it is, they just throw all the applications into a big box and just randomly pull one out, but someone spit out a piece of gum into the box so that our applications got stuck to the bottom... LOL thats my new theory on how USCIS works.. pretty official huh? lol

Approved!!! I will write more details later. I am doing this from my iPod! We are at a restaurant celebrating!

CONGRATZ!! thx for sharing right away! :)

    Enjoy ur celebration!!! (F)

  9. Hey everyone,

I was reading the May filers and came accross this.. Thought I copy and paste so maybe it would clarify things a little for people still waiting for IL.

    http://www.visajourn...0/page__st__585

    "Felipe Theory "

USCIS is run by a software codename CRIS (Central R???? Immigration Service) every application is typed in to the system and all the evidence scanned, the system will find if their is any missing evidence and if their is, the application will be sent to be reviewed by an immigration officer. After the officer and supervisor agree that more evidence is needed, they send the RFE and add that to the system, if it is something simple (yellow level RFE) the system will not stop the clock and the application will follow a "standard " timeline according to your local office (one month starting from the biometrics appointment letter RECEIVED not the date on the letter), the system also controls when the letter will be send in the mail, what may change is the appointment date because of the number of applicants ahead of you in line. If their is something more relevant (red level RFE) the system will stop your interview clock and re-start after the case is resumed.

Also expediting your EAD jump your application to the beginning of the line and "sometimes" to the back again re-starting the clock according to when the expedite was requested. If the expedite was requested right after the Biometrics taken, the application will probably go back on line .

this are just ideas i do not know anybody that work at USCIS i just compare timelines and posts on this forum i may or may not be right this are just ideas that how the precess works

    the link doesn't work.

that is an interesting way of figuring it out though. I guess makes sense they use the system, that way everything is in the system and theres no way a immigration office can misplace a whole application. In theory it all makes sense but im sure there is something else to it, for example i filled same day or + -1/2 days with no RFE and early walk in biometrics and they have gotten their interview letters and im still waiting. some people are in similar situations ( ex: wonderful VERY patient person who started the forum: Alla... lol)

I am thinking it may also have something to do with the country you are from and when you filled if your visa expired already or not.

Like canada doesnt need Visas so Im thinkin they go faster, but maybe for people who are overstays there is some rule that an immigration officer has to look at your application ?

also someone mentioned that on their interview the immigration officer said with the new greencards coming out there is a backlog, maybe that effect the immigration officers work as well?

Well we can only speculate and wait i guess

Try not to freak out guys... (ha yea i should take my own advice lol)

    (L)(F)(L)(F)(L)

  10. I GOT MY INTERVIEW LETTER!!

    I GOT MY INTERVIEW LETTER!!

    I GOT MY INTERVIEW LETTER!!

    I GOT MY INTERVIEW LETTER!!

    I GOT MY INTERVIEW LETTER!!

    I GOT MY INTERVIEW LETTER!!

    yessssssssssssssssssssssss!!!!!

MP0009, you should be getting it this week as we are both in NYC.

aww thx for remebering bout me hunny :)

Im soo jealous! lol but im happy for you. I did my biometrics like 2 weeks earlier and still ZIP NOTHING NADA  Im getting a little bit nervous now.

I dont know why my case has slown down like this. and questions have been popping into my head what if it came but the mailman somehow mixed it up or something? maybe since i was on a expired tourist visa it takes longer for me because they process overstays differently? Well i am still keeping my fingers crossed.

CONGRATULATIONS on your interview letter!! See and u were soo worried bout the biometrics lol

where are u scheduler for? i heard its some place way in long island or something?

  11. Hey I found this in another thread on VJ. It's about stoke interview... Interesting read

    Enjoy!!

    http://www.nytimes.com/2010/06/13/nyregion/13fraud.html?ref=nyregion

    WOW GREAT LINK!!!

I think me and my husband are very close, we are both very very very open with each other. We havent known each other for like a really long time because we met a year and a half ago, but we instantly clicked and we both just knew. I love living together and i have been never more comfortable with anyone in my life! nothing embareses me with my husband from problems to really gross stuff like bad cramps or body stuff. This is great for us.

BUT i know couples who are married and are not so comfortable with each other and who dont really talk about everything like we do. Will couples like that have problems who dont talk constanly about every little thing? everyone is different

ALSO sorry but MEN sometimes have problems with memory... i remeber exactly what i got my husband and what i got from him on xmass bday aniversaty, my hubby might have a problem remembering lol.

plus I think he will get very nervous and wont be able to fully express himself cuz strangely my english is better than his

Hope he wont get nervous and say anything thats confusing to the immigration officials lol

ohh and guys dont worry most interviews are fine and there are no suspicions.

i guess most important is not to freak out to much, i recommend having a strong triple chamomile& melissa tea, take few deep breaths count to ten and stay united with your spouse!! :)

  12. @ Besa, here is the update!!

    Enjoy everyone.

    Krys

    HEY YOU GUYS!!

I HAVE SEEN A PATTERN IN THIS!!

there is...ABSOLUTELY NO FRIGGIN PATTERN!! lol

    sorry

wow seriously is just jumps around so much.

no idea what it depends on.

Thank you for the spreadsheet though!!! :)

    ITs great!!

and guys: maybe this week will be the one that the mailman will bring that letter

  13. I am very happy that I have EAD but it has been sooo long that I'm afraid interview letter will never come. I had ssn and dl since I came. All J1 have it since the arrival.

BTW they count from the date we filed papers, not bio date as we do . They just check if you are done with bio at the point when issuing interview.

I understand you frustration. Even thought you have the EAD you cant help it but think, well wat if smth wnt wrong or smthg.

Its hard not to think about it. It has been 26 days since my biometrics have been taking and i have been checking the mail everyday ang getting very anxious! ;(

People have been getting interview letters in 3 weeks, but i think i notice that when u expediate EAD then the interview letter seems to come quicker as well. I hope it comes soon,

ALLA , no offense but i hope it wont take 55 days for me cuz i will go crazy....

Ohh people say dont be nervous, be patient but damn it that is ALOT!!

I get your frustration! But it is true that atleast u can get ur social and drivers license and work.

Well to sum it all up.. This SUCKS!!! no interview letter.... :bonk:

  14. lol... it'll take too long to scan pic to laptop so let me try to type it up. Paraphrased

    WOO-HOO!!! WAY TO GO HUN!!!

That was fast!! I guess DOVER is not backed up at all, Im scared NYC is busy! :( but im waiting patiently!

WOW thats a long kinda scary list. I unfortuantly did not make a back up of the affidavits, I was just soo d*** tired and wanted those documents out. Umm if i never submitted pay stubs, i wonder if I have to bring them now?

Argh, well good luck everyone!! Take it easy, its a waiting game now!

We waited for a long time,we will make it for a few more weeks!!

    Much Love Everyone (F)(L)

  15. I successfully completed my walk-in biometrics today. YESSSSSSSSSS!!!!

I was refused in Manhattan, but tried my local ASC and was accepted :dance::dance: .

2/3 of the way through, last stop interview!!!!

Will be posting our timeline update nxt Tuesday ;-).

    krys

lol complete opposite for me, i went to local office they said no way, went to dwnt manhattan and they took me.

Proves how there are completely no rules for this stuff.

Well congrats on getting your biometrics done!! Now its def a waiting game! I Got touches same day as i did biometrics, and its been 14 days since my biometrics! And i hear that there are no touches when they sent out interview letters so just checking the mail, unfortunately i read average time from bio to interview letter is about 80 days in NYC!! :bonk: so we better arm ourselves with ALOT of patience!!

    All the Best!

  16. I submitted our income and basic spending (most important bills). Also medical records showing treatments that I require, proof that I don't have insurance and money to afford any of that. My husband is a student,so it's tough.

As I saw Ama submitted 28 pages request.

    Good luck!

OH wow , had no idea that you needed medical treatment. Wel i am glad you will get your EAD soon, do you plan on applying for your drivers license?

Congrats on the EAD!! now the wait for the interview letter and the interview will be less stressfull if you already have a EAD and a ss number and all.

I cant wait to get a EAD SS and drivers license.

We were suppose to go to vermont this weekend but didnt because I ws scared, they do alot of checkpoint since vermont has a borders with Canada so we decided that we better not take the risk of something happening and just stay in the city. I heard alot of stories that in random checkpoints like that they search and they can put you in jail for expired visa apparently. So now kinda afraid to go anywhere further, so im really waiting for that approval :D

    Good Luck to Everyone!! :luv:

    (L) (L) HAVE A GOOD MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND EVERYONE!!! (F) (F)

(personally the sales at stores are my favorite part) ;)

    krys

PS: I wish EADS would come faster !!! huurrryyy uppp EAD!!!

    Good Luck Everyone!!

We are moving foward! YAY!!! (L)(F)

  18. Wow, I don't know if it's a language barrier or what, but I didn't say it's stupid to work illegally. Please carefully re-read all my posts and find where I make such an assertion. I DARE you to find it.

While we're talking about reading all my posts, I find it funny that Vanessa NOW suddenly remembers (out of interest, lol) my previous posts, just to point out a fault of mine (namely, the 18k poverty line and my assumption it was 14k), but completely misses my mention that my wife works legally over multiple posts. Why is #1 on your list of the "ONLY" things you can think of this very contradiction? lol

This is why she is more insulting than helpful. Please notice how, while all her "helpful" lists of possibilities represented incompetence or an inability to read directions on my part, the actual "possiblity" (which Vanessa failed to miss) was a more obvious (and less insulting) poor phrasing on my part. The correct answer was that of a clarification, not even something that crossed her mind!

And, wow, just wow, I helped you MP0009, and this is how you thank me? =( I'm seeking useful, informative help, the same type of help I gave you. Notice how, when I presented you with the address of the Manhattan office, I didn't say, "No, your office is wrong. It's a fault on your part for not going in at the right time, or possibly you didn't say the right things, or you didn't dress appropriately, or you were rude, or you don't know how to talk to people, yada yada." Rather, I merely gave you stuff that actually helped you, not insulted you. I felt like I was obligated to the same type of respect.

I need help, and wished this would be the place to get it. Instead, there's comments which essentially say, "Did you forget to read/unable to read? Did you forget to write/not know how to write? Did you know illegal work is illegal?" These are not the types of issues I think ANYONE looks to address here (please show me otherwise, lol). Rather, miscalculations, something not mentioned, additional factors, nuances not verbally-stated but implied, or briefly mentioned in a supplementary document: these are the types of aid I was looking for. I'm validated in the confirmation by Nartaki (thanks). I'm not going to run here and ask about a coffee stain on my apper.

I'm really surprised how everyone turned on me just because I sought help and didn't appreciate the lack of constructive help. If you look at the underlying "possibilities" of Vanessa's list, none of them are of a "not an error on your part" nature.

I can make a much bigger list of errors people could make ad nauseum, but that's not useful. That doesn't mean I'm going to come here and actually take the effort to post about how I can't figure out I misspelled my wife's name, or that I checked the wrong box, or that I dropped a form while mailing it, or whiteout fell on the sheet of paper, etc. No, I wouldn't be posting if these were the issues, and I would assume (i.e., RESPECT) my fellow poster and believe that these are factors they have already ruled out and something more critical is missed or faulty.

I'm sorry I don't want to hear the possibility that my dog ate my I-864, and I see now that I'm no longer welcome here. I claim no perfection on my part, but I did expect help and respect from everyone else. I guess it was too much to ask.

    I'm really sorry.

Ok this is truly tilting at windmills (Don Quixote)

Ridiculous, the point is don't insult people unnecessarily just because you are not satisfied/dont like their response ie:

"I'm sick of people saying my wife (who, really, is more intelligent than you ever will be) is working illegally. She works at one of the most prestigious medical schools in the country, and graduated from Harvard. So shut the hell up. "

So if you expect respect, then respect others! Don't tell anyone to shut up when you are asking them for help.

There was no point of writhing such things!

So STOP turning things around and making yourself the victim!

    Good Luck

  19. Got finally my interview letter

Hey Congrats!! wow its scheduled alot of time ahead!

Defiantly good to see people getting interview letters, we all are pretty much done with biometrics and now the wait for interview letters begins.

Are you guys collecting bills, bank account statement pictures and stuff for proof of bonafide marriage in case they ask?

I am not sure what to bring, my friends said they had an interview and all they had was like one bill and asked for a picture or two. I dont know how I will deal with those nerves! :help:

  20. :)

Yup. I didnt send it initally because it will take me weeks to have the medical records done. Just thinking of not wasting time. I guess it did also hold up the process of my AOS. And i still have to get my vaccination record which is sent to me a few weeks ago. So I decided to send it later. Well well, Yup im now scheduling an appt with a CS. Good luck with all the april FILERS. Praying we all finish this process in the earliest time :)

Its a gamble, but maybe your right, maybe waiting for the whole thing and then submitting it all together could have taken later then getting a RFE and submitting it now. Well be sure to go to a civil surgeon who just doesn't want to rip you off and take your money. I initially went to two and was surprised how much they differ. One ignored the vaccination list I had from my country and insisted on getting everything done. Whiile the other one said my vaccinations were fine and just signed off on them. I just did a print out where I translated all the vaccinations I had done to English to make it clear for him.

    Good Luck!!

    :ot:

Im sorry to be coming back to this again but :

I cant believe some people get angry and criticize someones reply so harshly and rudely.

I agree working illegally does not make you stupid in any way. We are just trying to help each other and trying to get as much info as possible to be as helpful as we can.

If someone is soo smart and condescending and knows everything then why the hell are they posting questions?

If you are soo much smarter than everyone else on here than why are you wasting your time and OUR time here?

    JUST FIGURE IT OUT YOURSELF!!!!

I agree, that posting all available options is smart because it is an open forum and maybe someone else can learn from this if they are ever in a similar situation.

So NEVER call anyone anyone's response or them stupid because obviously they took their time to reply and try to help you which you apparently don't deserve.

This is a stressful process but venting at someone who is only trying to help is not right.

I would like to say that I truly appreciate the time anyone takes to respond with each and every response trying to be helpful.

Someone who doesn't care would just read it and not respond at all.

    (F) Thank you for all your help Everyone!! :luv:(F)

  21. Thanks for all the info!! Walaa was gonna go Monday morning.. I'll just tell him to wait till Wednesday and I'll go with him at 9:30. Cross your fingers. I hope he gets in.

Alla I hope you get you letter soon, you were the first one. *hugs*

Also anyone get 2 biometric appointment letters?? The are exactly the same, we got the second one on tuesday. I just thought OMG ppl don't get things screwed up!

yea i got two appnt letters, same time same place, identical, one is for i765 and the other for i485. They take one and stamp it and give it back to you and they cross the other one out and give it back to you anyway. But i would bring the two.

ps: congratz on the pregnancy, hope it goes smooth and feel good. You cant stress out now so keep calm and enjoy this time ! :)

and your belly will be great evidance for a bona fide marriage on the interview hehehehe :P Good Luck (F)

  22. Me too :crying: , we filed on the same day (April 26,2010) and I still have no biometrics. It SUCKS to have some else control your life (so to speak). I live in NYC, I know it's busy here, but COME ON, it's been over 3wks!! I personally think it's luck. I'm trying to focus on other things in the mean time.

Cool we both live in NYC and filled the same day! YEA but i guess that means very little becuase look same cities and such a discrepency. Are you also adjusting from a tourist visa?

When you do get a Biometric try to do a walkin. I would recommend dwnt manhattan, i was not schduled there, tried queens 1st and they rejected me, but manhtattan on wednesday at 10-11 said they didnt liked to do that but they let me in, so its based on luck.

Just to let you know, statistically Avg. Days btw Biometrics and Interview for NYC is 85 days.

Avr total days from start to interview is 117. So we need patience!! :bonk:

  23. I called them once (couldn't log in into my account) and not going anymore. I don't think they are any help at all. I read that they don't have access to such details (like transferring cases). I don't want to make an infopass just to figure out what's going on. I will wait. It's been only 30 days and for my city it takes much longer. I'm just hoping that I could at least get an EAD and start working.

So I see now you can start your countdown for interview letter. The earliest is 12 days. Good luck!! :luv:

    ps: haha omg :bonk::bonk:

just saw the link you posted on the other forum

    http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/aosstats.php?history=180

Avg. Days btw Biometrics and Interview

    Atlanta 42

    New York City 85

:bonk: Yea i think i should arm myself with ALOT ALOT of patience!!!

im thinking thought that is counted inculding the original biometrics so since i went early i am thinkin -15 days so 85-15= (drum roll please) 70 days for interview letter!! haha

Well see my avr is twice urs! seems like atlanta has of the shortest times actually, but as always you know how statistics can be. Atlanta is only based on 3 cases, and NYC based on 7 in the last 180 days, but when you click based on ALL it seems atlanta goes way down becuase its 177 and New york was 122 based on all.

But still i find my 85 days pretty funny (in a sad depressing kind of way).... :crying::rofl::huh:

You are absolutely right!! No point in calling and making yourself crazy since they prob cant tell you muuch anyway.

Yep the countdown has started, this is the real wait time. LoL i am also looking at timelines in March and February fillers to get a approximate of waiting times!

Its been over 3 weeks already and i think there has been already alot of progress, seems like i just sent it in a couple of days ago! I am also waiting for EAD and so i can get a ss and that darned drivers license lol

We will see! just gotta stay cool B-):P
