    Yesssssss EAD On June 23, 2011, we ordered production of your new card. Day 110, thanks to the lady at USCIS San Juan that did her job! it took us 4 infopasses!

      Gracias!!! Espero este llegando la semana que viene. Nosotros pensábamos que el proceso de K-1 era el peor pero que sorpresa que para obtener el permiso de trabajo se tardara mas que la aprobación del K-1. Espero que pronto le aprueben la k-1 :))))

      We heard something (EAD/AP) the day after biometrics so I hope you do too. You've waited way too long!

    Biometrics letter for AOS came! day 94 after they got his AOS papers, still no word on EAD/AP

    Day 91 after they got his AOS/EAD/AP papers, still we are empty handed, no concrete answer about when he will get his work permit.

    Day 88 after NOA, still no biometrics letter, no EAD/AP card we are in the limbo :(

    Day 80 no biometrics letter, his EAD/AP is approved since April 28, but as no biometrics card cant be produced. what to do? any options? We did infopass, we open a service request but no help. sad :(

      Have you tried going directly to the local office where biometrics are taken? I've seen some cases where people lost/don't have the letter and they can pull it up there. At least you'd know if it was in the system...

    We got our AOS/NOA1 email today!! yey well got 3 emails and 3 txt msgs from USCIS about NOA1, seems they have some bug in their system??
