I would suggest anyone who is over 5 months to contact your senator and or congressman, i did at 5 months, and even thought they told me to wait 30 days my noa2 was sent before the 30 days was up, maybe it helped bring attention to my petition???? , not sure but i dont think it would hurt, good luck !

I am not an expert on this but if admitting to drug use/smoking weed, will ban you from entering, and they documented the fact that you admitted under oath, I dont see a clear way around it, unless you can somehow retract your statement, I think you have a difficult situation. Sorry, i hope someone else can offer better advice, good luck.

I couldn't have said it better myself. No foreign citizen should take priority EVER over an american citizen. PERIOD. While I would stop short of saying no access to the US for some people from some countries, anyone who wants to marry anyone else should be allowed to do so I also say we really need to look in the mirror and decide if we really need to be importing people from places like Haiti and Somalia for example.
After all, Chile had an earthquake recently, anyone here of their citizens being allowed in on rush cases?
The U.S. refugee and asylum policies tend to reflect the interests of the U.S. government and are based on various political factors. These include maintaining U.S. control within certain regions, highlighting rights violations within enemy nations, and providing humanitarian assistance in order to meet domestic and international political demands. For example, U.S. refugee policy has often favored refugees from nations the United States considered adversaries. From the beginning of Castro's regime until 1994, the United States had an open-door policy to Cuban refugees. In contrast, the United States maintained strict restrictions on the numbers of refugees accepted from Haiti, in part because it supported the Haitian government.<A href="http://www.publiceye.org/ark/immigrants/AsylumSeekers.html#n2">2 In addition, U.S. foreign policy has played a role in the political and economic upheavals that have led to the creation of refugees in many nations, including Haiti, Nicaragua and Afghanistan.

Good day Vj's It's not me who is emotionally abuse from husband. I ask help for my cousin who desperate need help on her situation now, She has 2 yrs Green card. first situation is shes pregnant and his husband don't want to take the responsibility of their baby. He does'nt want to bring her to a doctor for check up, not giving her any money for her, treating him like a sex slave. and now he wants my cousin to send back to Philippines so he can get rid of responsibilty to the baby. He said he cant support the baby here because it's expensive to deliver a ceasarian. He has no insurance and that's make him worry for the expenses for the delivery of the baby. We don't know what action she has to do, We are all worried for her and the baby for all the stress that she's been through now.
Sorry to hear about this situation, i cant give advice on legally what she should do, but, i say she should go see a doctor, any doctor, he is responsble whether he likes it or not, and he cant send her back, he doesnt have that authority, she needs to take care of herself and the baby in my opinion. good luck.

congratulations on your k-1 and your marriage. I understand you wanting to be married but I would have a hard time throwing away the chance to be together right now over the wedding. But i am sure you are making the right decision for you.
