Visa is expiring on Jun 3rd, 2022. They have send us image of passport stamp.

So they didn't ask her any questions at all? NO
 
Did the Indian officer collect her documents? YES
 
Did the American officer tell her we will send another interview letter? YES
 
Did they give her a reason for returning her and rescheduling the interview? He said this walk in interview paper expired. weird answer.
 
Was she given any paper at the interview? NO

Mine was DQ'ed on May the 20th, So I'm assuming to get any kinda response from NVC by 2021 Feb!!

Pcc is valid for a year you should be fine if your interview is before feb 2021

But to on safe side I would call the embassy. Any embassy should be able to assist you with this question.

This states that , they are doing month by month scheduling . So hopefully before 15th nov. They will give appoinments to rest feb to till 20-30 march.  

You mean you had interview long time ago, and you were not given visa due to some complications, now may be your waiver or something got approved from USCIS. And case is ready again at consulate. All you have to update documents again, and they will send your visa at your chosen pickup location

Got it , seems like you are waiting for visa for more that two years after marriage. Thats why your file got picked. Otherwise they are working on feb files I guess. But let’s see if they moved to the April files or not. Seriously it is taking so long now. 

You are correct. In our case, we needed another approval beside I130. Which got approval from USCIS. That's why our path is little different. Will update you how it goes.

First of all congratulations 👍🎉 As per your details, If I'm calculating right.... I should be getting email from NVC with interview details in next 7-10WD. As I've DQ of April 18th

Interview is not finalized yet so waiting for letter. Let's see.

They have updated my NVC case to "Ready". what does this mean?

Nothing to do with the elections . They are processing backlogs 
On cr1/2 and k1 and 221g
keep eye on ceac ..

and also 221g for k1 and cr1 also
they are processing backlogs for dec 2019 onwards ..
so hold on tight , you should be hearing something soon.
I am a k1 petitioner and they did ask for beneficiary pcc and medical again last week with passport . I see light in the tunnel now

Greetings to all. I called Mumbai consulates 3 times and all 3 times they said that they are processing regular IR1/CR1 visas. So please don’t worry. It’s frustrating but at least the processing is on. It will be great help if everyone update their case status(DQ) and interview date since this is the best updates we all can get.
