my son and I went through Atlanta look at my signature or time line and that should give you an idea..... seems the AP/EAD is not TOO bad for time but the AOS seems to take longer

Go with the cheapest ....... the airlines are not bothered as they can sell the seats again or they can be filled by people that have not made a connecting flight

We had the same question when we were filing the I-134 but just to be on the safe side we just went by the 125% ...... If you can manage that now then you know your good to go when you later have to file the I-864

EAD APPROVED

Went to check my status last night and found that my EAD had been approved so then went to check email as I thought I was seeing things and sure enough there were 2 approval emails waiting for me with regards to my EAD....

Now I can go get my driving test passed and start work at the job that has been waiting for me since before we got here

I know it is strange but who are we to question the way they think

Well tomorrow my son and I have our Biometrics appointment in Atlanta .....We are going to set off at around 5 am so as to hopefully miss the rush hour traffic.... plus as we are not 100% sure as to where it is this should give us a lil play time ( I have d/laoded a route from mapquest and it seems simple enough)...I keep looking at the Letter we got from USCIS telling us about our appointments and what we need to take and if I am right all we need is Passports and the letters..... My appointment is at 10am and my sons 1pm so I am going to ask if they will do us both together to save us hanging around in Atlanta ( cant hurt to try)....

Chrissy did you not get a vacination suppliment in with the medical report that you had to take to the embassy...... when i opened the large outer brown envelope inside was the sealed brown envelope that i had to take with us to our interview and 3 copies of my vacination suppliment and 3 copies of my sons........ we went to Birmingham for our medical i dont remember where you went ... in our AOS/EAD package i enclosed 1 copy from each of us and still have 2 copies of each here at home

With regards to renewing her passport after arriving in USA I am not sure but I do know that there must be 6 months left on the passport ...... Before my son could travel I had to get his passport renewed and also when my daughter came Hers had to be renewed..... this is NOT just for entry to USA but for all travel using your passport
