    I just want to update about my case. Received NVC welcome letter in email and I can pay all fees to process IV.

    My case in USCIS status said transferred the case to DOS and follow the DOS for more info. I have no clie to follow. Asked NVC in public form and kept asking invoice number form welcome letter.

    Have you received yours yet? When I checked mine, no data returned.

    NVC still hasn’t received the visa package from USCIS as I haven’t got the letter yet.

    How will you know the package has been sent? Will NVC send you a letter? For my case it’s been 45 days and haven’t received NVC received the case.

    I just check USCIS website and said APPROVED in November 10th. RFE was for my birth certificate.

    Hello folks please let me start this topic for November 2022 filers for I130 filing for my mom. My filing office is Texas SC. After I got notice, the processing time was 5 months, then 4 weeks then changed to 7 months now.
