Question we still have not received visa, and we have not gotten an response to my emails. Do you guys think I should hire someone to look into it or just wait. It seems like that our case has slipped through the cracks.

When I call DOS they tell me the same thing they can not understand what is the hold up and that the notes on the case says that the realtionship is crediable.

OMG this is crazy. I would be on the phone every second of the day. Blow up their phone/email/fax/mail with calls and letters also try calling your congressman/woman to see if they can help. Be a major pain in their rass. Im sorry this is happening to you.

Question....

My friend just got married to a guy from JA that was on a visiters visa. he has 2 kids the he brought here with him one is in school and one is not. They were olso on a visiters visa. If he sends them back to JA will they be allowed to re-enter since my friend will put them on the I130 petition? They have all over stayed their time.

Good Morning Yardies....Im so damn sleepy I dont know what to do. NYC was a blast my hubby really enjoyed it all. We got home at 5am today G slept for an hour and was off to work. I slept late but made it to work. Now I wish I was in my bed....Lawd please help me through this day.

My family feels that since I have a great income with my hubby and we have a house and some kids already we should take her. Im like hell to the no!!!!!!!!

My dad spoke to my hubby about it (behind my back ) and he said yes!

I told him do you remember that my baby is graduating the 1st of July and will need to be here in that month. \How can we take another child?

I feel that its going to be so different for her to adjust and understand whats going on and another child would just shadow that, because my family willbe coming to get my neice like she is a princess.

I dont want nothing to overshadow my baby coming. This is her time'

I asked my dad why can the take her??, my step mom works and he dont He is there all day

WoW JQ that sounds like a lot. I have not read your story on your sister so I dont know whats happening but if their are other family members who can help they should. Maybe one person can have physical custody and everyone else can have her for long holidays and if someone lives near by they can help with picking up, dropping off, homework, fun times etc.

I wish I could help but all I can offer is have patience and faith that it'll be over soon and it'll all be woth it!
