Hi Ladies...whats good?

Well there was another touch on our I-485 today. It went for "On Sept 14 you I-485 was transferred to our National Benefits Center for processing" to Your I-485 was sent to a USCIS office for processing. Im so fed up of this. Congrats to everyone who have been approved and have recieved their GC.

Just try to call them and inquire about your case. If you are way beyond the processing time they will file a service request for you. I got that email too twice maybe a week ago. If you will look at my timeline, I got transferred to CSC March 9.... So I inquired about the status, and 2 days after, I got approved. The agent told me an officer from the local USCIS office where my jurisdiction is will review my papers... But my approval letter was from CSC. So it wasn't transferred at all....

Just try to ask..... It wont hurt anyway...

I got the same message and then a few days later got the one saying AOS was approved and will be getting the card in the mail.

I will just wait and see what happens before I go crazy.... Thanks Ladies

I am pretty sure it means your AOS was approved and you will be getting the green card in the mail. Once you were transferred to CSC you didn't have to have an interview.

My case was transferred to CSC in March and then it was sent to a local office. Now it was sent to NBC. Does anyone knows what this means?

They said that the Baltimore office is working on January 7, 2010 applications. We are Feb 18th,2010.

Ok so I just called USCIS and Im being told that my local office "DUTTY BALTIMORE" is now working on I485 filed on January 7, 2010 (As of May 31, 2010) so hopefully we will hear something soon.

Im so damn worried we have not had any touches on G's GC since March 9th...what could be the problem. I called last month and they said to call back in August...This just blows my mind....

Hi February filers..Its been awhile... we are still waiting to hear from USCIS. I see that we are not alone and its driving me crazy. My hubby status as of 8/3/10 was "On March 9th your case was transfered to CSC for processing" but today it just says "Your case was transfered". Does that means it was touched? im fed up with the long wait.

Im home today because my job has no power so Jaheim stayed home with me. He was making so much noise because i took away the TV from him until he learns some manners and respect. I said to him instead of making so much noise come and do some school work....who told me to say that well it started from there I called G so he could hear him in action I put him out my house but since I dont want no cops knocking on my door I brought him back in. He would not stop I took him to the sitter cause I fell like I would beat his azz terrible if I touch him. I have had it. This is not me this kid is costing me my peace of mind. Thanks Ladies for listening to my Rant....

I know Im going to offend people when I say this but send this child back to Jamaica sis. You don't need this. You've raised your girls. If G can see it nor understand it SEND JAHIEM HOME!!!! You have absolutely tried your best with him and to no avail no change. How can you raise a child who you get no support from his own dayumm fadda *kissteeth*. Your time with him is done.. Seriously I really feel for you and I know you are frustrated beyond belief. There is only so much a person can take especially if you aren't getting the support you need from his father. Have you guys discussed sending him back to his mother?
