  1. I HAVE A QUESTIONS FRIENDS, sINCE MY BROTHER WILL HAVE THE INTERVIEW ON AUGOST 2 DOES ANYBODY KNOW THAT THE CONSULLATE NEEDS ANOTHER FORM OF i 864(affidafit of suport) (see below what the appt letter says )or they just need most recent taxes ??

IF a sponsor filed an I-864 (Affidavit of Support) AND provided the NVC with proof of

an IRS Federal Income Tax Extension in lieu of a Federal Income Tax Return, the

applicant must bring the sponsor's most recent Federal Income Tax Return to the visa

    interview.

    .

    thank you nela

  2. I just want it to be over with. I can deal with waiting another month. It's ok even if it only stays at March 15, 2010. I just want to know for sure that this is it. The anticipation is killing me. The possibility that they might still send out more interview letters in the next couple of days is what gives me the anxiety....UGHHHHHHHHH

awwwww i knowww, at list for sure hopefully next month :)

  4. Hello - I am a naturalized US Citizen and wish to petition my brother (33 yrs old & single) to the US who currently lives in Australia.

My father is a US citizen - but born in Ireland and lives permanently in Ireland.

Would it be "quicker" for me or my father to petition for him? Or does my Dad have to be living in the USA?

Once the forms are submitted, can you share your experiences of what you had to do/wait?

    Appreciate your thoughts.

    S

i think it will be a bit quick if your father petition for him. it a long time to wait im not sure how many yearsss :(

  5. Maham your pd will be current in thE first month of the new fiscal year and that will be OCTOBER 2012 VISA BULLETIN THE base of my prediction is only to follow the the trend of visa bulletin every month since been two year. i am quit sure that the august 2010 pd will return on its place where it was before retrogression in October 2012 vb nela for sure your brother will get his interview in august not in July AS for as my concern my pd will be current in spet 2012 visa bulletin if this pace of movement will continue i can be current in august too if its jump to may 15 for exact three month which very low chances of it

    MY PD 10TH MAY 2010

thank you , friend, hope your PD become current soon

  6. Yup, as long as the VB is moving ahead for F2A I'm happy even if it's just for 6 weeks..Remember, slow and steady wins the race..

Hey guys I'm sorry for the confusion , I had put it by mistake 13of feb , just to double check I did pull up the approval letter from uscis and PD is feb16/2010.maybe I did not put correct NOA1 date but this is the pd . I wish you all good luck! Can't wait for tomorrow for the visa bulletin to come.

  7. Firstable I want to thanks the entire VJ family to guide me and get me familiar with the immigration process. Our interview was yesterday.

My mother petition for my sister and she turned 21 6 months, because her case took one year to get approved she was protected by cspa.

We entered at the embassy at 6:30am, by 7:30 our case was called to collect the documents we brought ( bank receipt, police certificate , passport and the Dominican republic national ID) and the she was sent to do the fingerprints.

After two hours waiting on that bench our case was called again at 9:30am.

They asked the following questions to my sister .

Have you had any problem with the law?

Have you ever been in he united states ?

The answer to both was obvious no,

To my mother they asked her

What is the date of birth of your daughter ?

How did you get your green card?

My mom got her green card thru me and they asked me he same question how I got mine and I got it thru my father 16 years ago

I am very happy for you ;).im still waiting for my brother visa. Priority date feb 10,2010
