i work in this industry. 90 day out is enough to rebook a event offer to pay a small rebooking fee and just explain if you do this you have to move to that country or file for a cr1 and wait 1 year more. but the rebooking fee is not asking 4 a refund but to postpone and pay for some.

i brought my wife throught the citizen line with me. when he called me forware i brought her with me and showed him all the paperwork and he pointed us where to go after that. and congratulated us on such a short time on k1 192 days to eneter. wow short

flight attends can fly free to jobs on jumpseats. so they can live anywhere in the world and jsut commute on jets to home base. they start off at lower wages and in few years they can build up and make much more. benneys are good and you get to see much of usa or world in time but to live out of a suite case is a whole different life! i did it for 10 years on train. very different life style! did she get hired as attended? or trying to apply for job? that is biggest question. not super easy to just walk in with no training and get this job. there are colleges setup that train green people how to do such job and that is where most of new hires comes form. less training on airlines

its time to contact both congressman and senators about this. give them all the info and your proof. tell all 3 congressional people your contacting and submit the proof after you call and speak to a real person to know who to mail or fax your proof to. this is your only help now that i know of

if she knows no english and u do not know russian or ukrainian, the question arises on how you communicate with each other. that is the only problem. she can take interview in russian or ukrainian, because if she will be nervous and misunderstood something, that is not the problem. they may challenge if nobody knows how to talk on any level.
