    We met on paltalk.com...talked for months then i flew to sweden on april 25th 2009 to meet him.and never left...i found the love of my life half way around the world...heading home for a visit on aug.11 for 2 weeks ...then its back to sweden for alil wait time.we hired an attorney to file our papers but i think it was filed july 30th...trying to learn patients and pray ,pray ,pray....Well alil update to our profile .We are still in ap in sweden.Alen was deported back to Iraq so our case has to be transfered there after our ap in swweden.We were put in ap on Dec.14th 2009.Six months and counting.I have learned much patients since we first applyed.Good luck on your journeys.

      we have been waiting on the dept of state since may 20th. their website said 15 working day.what a load of bull....i have no idea when we will get them back.im hoping i can go back by aug. i dont thing they ever sent our visa packet back to dept of state from sweden. I think they just let it die there .So mabe this is a good thing.

      The case has to be sent back. I would email Sweden and ask them if they sent it back and when. I am sure that it is dead/or will be once it is returned here. I had an old I129F for my huband, that they lost, but once it was found they sent me a letter saying that it had expired. If it has been past the amount of days that they told you to wait, I would call them again and ask them. Tell them that it has been ? days and the website sait 15 working days. I hope you can go back in August too...
