i know the qustion is not for me. but i sent 3 letter in 10 month period AND NO ANSWER when i call my attorney he told me that they dont have to respoend

i dont know if that right or not ..but it's frustrated when you have no answer and you dont know what the status of your case .........i welcome any thing from them

i filed mine last november and i sent 3 diffrent letter in .april.july. and september just to request an updat or what the stutes of my case since they never renew my prima ficie and they i never herd any thing when i see poepl have to wait 20 month for approved or 15 month i get sad

dima i thing that good that mean they are working on your case , i sent letter twice and every time they just toched and i didnt herd any thing . my attorney send letter to VSC for extinsion for my prima facie since i never got one after my firest one expier will see this time if they going to send me somthing

when you go to the infopass they dont tell you moch usally they saya cas is still pending ......but you always can sent simple letter every 5 month for updat such as
