just waiting and hop for the best ..my case as of now is 30 days outsid the normal processing time the last updat on my case is with an officer for final adjudication. according the senteor office .and the letter say that i should receive a decision in the case within 30-45 days.

its been 25 days and nothing yet

if she cheat ones she will do it agian i cant stand cheater pple i know this has to hurt i been thier

After you get your Noa1 they will send you somthing in the mail, prima facie I got my about 3 weeks after I mailed it off. When you get that it will give you a reciept number. Go to www.USCIS.gov on the side you will see something that says check my status. you can put that account number in and it will tell you where you are in the system. This will only tell you the basic. If you want to know if it has been touched you need to make an account so when you sign in you will see your account... something like EAC#XXOXOXO/ email updates/ mobile updates/ last updated/ etc.... where it says last updated, if that date has changed since you last looked at it, It has been "touched" updated. VSC issu prima faci every 6 month 180days that just keep the case up to dat when the send 2nd prima facie that mean your case is not done yet the importand is the firest one some cases get three or tow prima faci its meann you have case pending with uscis

will.. that importand is the 1st prima facie. just send another request for the extension of the prima facie .my 1st prima facie was expier july last year and i got the 2nd on november 10

go to vawa fourm and read thier post ....dont panic relax and what type RFE the send you , good faith or abus most poeple get RFEand NOID and they terned around so jus relax and see what you need to do seek an immigration attorney
