    Hey,

    good to know that ur case have been resume agine and I wish u fast aprovle.

    I got that RFE and send everything Back in nov 2009, it was tuch twice day after day on Dec 2009 and since then nothing.

    Today I got a letter from congressman said that VSC asking for another 30 days and thay think thay gonna take action on my case.

    So Wish me luck...

    yahya54, finally it's your turn to get a decision :))) it took a while

    yes its been while i think bc/z my attorny he put my vawa poorly the ask 2 time for (good moreal character) he could ve told me from the first RFE that i need to do back ground chak but we didnt send it at first and they ask for my divorce decree (is that normal )and they ask if i remarrid or not :unsure: so im hoping for somthing good coming in the way .my 2nd prima facie will expier in 3 week

    any body got RFE that they ask if you remarried or if you divorce your ex spouse (THE NEED THE DEVORC DECREE )

    ok i just git new updat today

    On April 14, 2010, we received your response to our request for evidence. This case is being processed at our VERMONT SERVICE CENTER location. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you.     We are going to Palestine " Jeruselam" to celebrate Easter at the holy church since it is the best thing to do..

    wow its been long time sinc we heard from you . sure we misse her ewtn . how are ? hows every thing going me and you the oldest her and still nothing I KNOW THE PROSSEC ITS NOT FEAR AND IS PAINFULL . BUT NOTHING RELLY WE CAN DO i feel happey when i see people get approve in 6 month and they dont have to go thru what we had. but i still dont see it faer how some have to wait long and some not wich is that the immigration should know

    as of my case i just send my 2nd RFE today wich they ask for my divorce decree and background chak(good character)

    so i should her somthing soon.

    its normal that VSC send you RFE most member her got RFE ...but you have to gather as much evidence you can bc/z the ask for 3 thing and I’m afraid that your case doesn’t look good you don’t send sufficient evidence from the first place don’t worry just try to get as much you can the more the batter

    good faith marriage

    Any joint account with your name and your ex spouse such as lease credit card bill insurance vacation picture marriage certificate etc .or affidavits from mutual friend letter to each other your own affidavits that you did love him/her and you did dream to have nice family and life with him/her

    Good Moral character

    You have to go get your back ground check from the places you did live in the past three years you can have it don thru the sheriff county in your state and if you been convicted of crime the judgment entry of the conviction . Basically you to send your criminal record history

    Abuse

    You have to approve that you been abuse such as police report if you ever call the police in your ex spouse your own affidavit (you need to be full of details )and if you can support you affidavit with any evidence and any letter from people that witness the abuse and affidavit from mutual friend are good too and if he/she have criminal record you could submit that too the abuse is critical part of vawa you need to supported with evidence

    benshrif . thank you you are big help and support and all the info you think this bc/z of the letter i send to CIO, MulanJohns thank you as will i havent recived the RFE yet am wondring after 16 month what they want but my attorney say they prappley need an updat for morel charecter , im so tired .it feel ENDLES but im ready to send what they wants

    i got letter from my senator office the on did inquiry on my case and that say YOUR CASE HAS NOT BEEN ADJUDICATED BECAUSE THE SECURITY CLEARANCES THAT ARE REQUIRED BY LAW HAVE NOT BEEN COMPLETED .ONCE THE CLEARNCES ARE RECEIVED THE ADJUDICATION OF YOUR CASE WILL BE COMPLETED

    is THAT bad .and what the security clearances is . is that bc/z im arab or somthing they just SEND ME LETTER SAYING THAT WILL MAKE decision on my case in 45 days and now is 50 days has been pase

    any body know how long the security clearances take . im so angry at VSC after 16 month and still watting in the security clearances

    Dear All..

    I am so glad that with your guidance and help, I have managed to collect many evidences.. I had a talk with some attorney's regarding my case.. but unfortunately I did not get any reliable, affordable, active and efficient attorney. I am looking for someone with these qualities also da one who can request for other evidences from my hospital and county on my behalf as I am not presently living in US.

    I have read many cases here in which client's complaint that der attorney has made the case more complicated and also messed up with evidences which resulted denial. I cant afford to take more risk as my case is already complicated. I got in touch with few attorney's who did not even know what to do in my case, few were so expensive, and few took week to just send me one liner reply also some did not know in detail about vawa some said that I am not even eligible because I am abroad. I am looking for someone who is atleast professional.

    Please recommend me some attorney's here or as a Private msg. I am not sure if this is the right place to ask but I am expecting replies and cooperation.

    im sure want throu enoght already i will tell about tow attourney but both are expensive but both of them they are veary good on of them he write book about immigratoin and he been interview on cnn couple of time

    i dont want be nigtive but you not eligible for vawa if you in pakstan (the only way your eligible for vawa if you abroed IF YOUE EX HUSBUND\WIFE WORK FOR US GOVERMENT) i did read it some wher and i heard it befor (i hop you can) but i dont think you eligible

    her are the attourney they are very good both they have don vawa befor but just like i say they are expensive

    im very sorry about your news i knew how you fell after watting all this time i think they must send you NOID fIRST and they shoud give you the chanc to over turn your petition befor they issu the denial. if you think you have good chance of wining the appell and you have strong case go for it and her the link for people appell vawa go throu them and read all of them this may help you

    How i forgive my ex-wife ..........?

    I've been divorced over a year, and we had separated a 2 year before that. My then-wife started an affair with an Airman right after our firest child was born. I discovered the affair, by accident, seven months later. A week later she moved out. A week after that, she served me with divorce papers. A year later, our divorce was final. After seeing the effects of our divorce on our child, I believe that unilateral, adultery-related divorce is nothing short of child abuse. I realize that's a strong position, and many may disagree with me. But what else would you call a deliberate act that causes serious emotional harm to a child? But I digress. Everyone tells me I need to forgive my ex-wife for trashing her family and secretly engaging in adultery with another man (who also was married and who later dumped my ex-wife after getting her pregnant; he then divorced his wife and married another woman -- are you confused yet?) In short, the lives of me and our children have been turned upside down. How am I supposed to forgive her for that? She has absolutely no remorse, no sadness, no feelings whatsoever. She enjoys getting her child support check which goes to anything but our children. She seems to enjoy watching me suffer the forced separation from my son, whom I love and adore more than anything on earth. So -- why and how should I forgive her outrageous and morally bankrupt behavior

    i do see my son but i have to( twist her arms) i mean i had to take her to the court to see my kids its sad i did try to forgive her BUT I JUST CANT she cost me too much pain i try to be civel BUT I CAN HELP IT WE DONT TALK and she just told my 4 years son YOU HAVE 2 DAD can you belive that the word just brok my hart im so confiedint of god and i know WHATS GO AROUND COMES AROUND and god did see how much i suffer
