    i send 2 Expedite Request letter to VSC and didnt do any good i did 2 over the phone and i send 2 letter . you dont need to fill any fourm its just simpel letter

    explian what the reason or how you qualify and you need to send Expedite Request with evdince to support the reason for that , .as far i know im qualify but they never expedite they are kinda strict about the expedite thing you have to have good and strong reason for that

    yes im still in removal proceeding .i have court dat in late feb 2010 and im hoping i get desision befor that . but my attorney told that he would ask the judg to put off calender tell we heard from vermont . and my attorney just send aletter to Staff Senate Office he told me that she have good relationship with all immigration services centre and she help him with other Client

    i do see my chlidren but i have to( twist her arms) i mean i had to take her to the court to see my kids its sad i did try to forgive her BUT I JUST CANT she cost me too much pain i try to be civel BUT I CAN HELP IT WE DONT TALK and she just told my 4 years son YOU HAVE 2 DAD can you belive that the word just drop my hart im so confiedint of god and i know WHATS GO AROUND COMES AROUND and good did see how much i suffer

    I've been divorced over a year, and we had separated a year before that. My then-wife started an affair with an Airman right after our 2nd child was born. I discovered the affair, by accident, seven months later. A week later she moved out. A week after that, she served me with divorce papers. A year later, our divorce was final. After seeing the effects of our divorce on our older child, I believe that unilateral, adultery-related divorce is nothing short of child abuse. I realize that's a strong position, and many may disagree with me. But what else would you call a deliberate act that causes serious emotional harm to a child? But I digress. Everyone tells me I need to forgive my ex-wife for trashing her family and secretly engaging in adultery with another man (who also was married and who later dumped my ex-wife after getting her pregnant; he then divorced his wife and married another woman -- are you confused yet?) In short, the lives of me and our children have been turned upside down. How am I supposed to forgive her for that? She has absolutely no remorse, no sadness, no feelings whatsoever. She enjoys getting her child support check which goes to anything but our children. She seems to enjoy watching me suffer the forced separation from my children, whom I love and adore more than anything on earth. So -- why and how should I forgive her outrageous and morally bankrupt behavior?

    when send your pitition to VCS it will be assign to an immigration officer and thos officer every one work different some of them are take alot sick days off or he/her in vacation alot . that what my attorney told me so i thought to share that with guys

    Calls for the Prosecution of thieves Member

    Swedish journalist Donald Bostrom said he was preparing a new report on the subject (French - Archive)

    Invited several points to prosecute those responsible for the theft of human organs in Israel after an Israeli official acknowledged that such thefts were already happening in the Forensic Medicine Institute, where the members are extracted from the bodies of Palestinians and Israelis during the autopsy.

    The Council mandated the Minister of the Palestinian ministerial committee to verify that fact, as announced by Arab deputy in the Knesset (Israeli parliament) Ahmed Tibi, he asked to question Health Minister on the subject, and that his request to discuss in the Knesset on Wednesday.

    For its part demanded that the Palestinian government in the Gaza Strip to Israel international accountability in this case, and called on Arab and Muslim World League and humanitarian organizations to activate the human rights issue in the United Nations bodies.

    He said Youssef Rizqa, political adviser to Prime Minister in the government, the theft of human organs "a heinous crime and prohibited by international law be held accountable."

    Download and international organizations, including the International Red Cross, the responsibility in this matter, and pointed out that "when it comes to Israel's negative performance, we find these organizations fail to take the necessary measures."

    Confessions of an official

    Earlier, Britain's Guardian newspaper published a report containing the confessions of a former director of the Institute of Forensic Medicine Yehuda Hiss, is approved by extraction of human organs from the bodies of Palestinians and Israelis, without the consent of their parents.

    The same official also revealed in a documentary aired on Israel's Channel Two that the members of the bodies, which have tended patches of skin and corneas and heart valves, bones, and pointed out that not only the Palestinians but included soldiers and civilians, Israelis and foreign workers.

    New Report

    Previously, Bostrom wrote a report for months, he reported that Israeli soldiers deliberately killed Palestinian children and youths to steal their organs and trafficking.

    He noted Swedish journalist at the time that the decision of the Israeli authorities, who dissected the bodies of Palestinians killed or hurt by the Israeli army does not make sense, because the causes of death and clear and do not need to dissect, and considered that this might lead to an international investigation into what he called "Israeli war crime."
