Well, I just call again and USCIS says CSC is processing cases from Ago 11, i wonder if that is true or just another way to say keep waiting....

yeah they have lots of excuses... but hope its true... uhmmm they explained to me that even our case was transferred to CSC the one who has jurisdiction to our AOS is our loc. uscis ofc. did u try to ask them to send a SR in ur loc. uscis ofc.?, coz in CSC regarding AOS what i know is that they only process petition base on AOS employment and the AOS family base is on our loc. uscis ofc. and it is the same thing that US embassy PH told me from their e-mail coz told them that i dont have my GC yet and i will gonna start to process my K2...

hello.. yeah same boat.. so sad bcoz we did the right thing, paid them and we're still waiting... but i tried to call them today and finally for the 1st time they put me in a service request told them that i received a call from CSC before V-day and CSC is the one who told me that they will gonna pull out my file for review... they sent a SR in loc. uscis OKC who has the jurisdiction of my case, now waiting for 15 days and crossing fingers...

u need to call/ e-mail the US embassy, ph if they already issued the visa.. if they did then start calling the 2go main...

My future wife went for her exam yesterday and the woman at the front desk that checks all papers asked her if she had a copy of annulment.I never saw this as a requirement.Has anyone run into this problem?. she is able to go back with a copy of this and get her vaccination and she will be good to go.just do not understand why this paper they ask for is not in the letter the u.s.embassy sends..

yeah they need to see the copy of the annulment to know what is the ground, who is the respondent and petitioner... sometimes respondent dont get peps but usually the petitioner who is found P. incapacitated they are the one who is taking the peps, yeah additional payment for p.e 1,000 and peps 3,000.. total of 4,000....

the slec will gonna make a new report that will gonna be submitted at the us embassy...

yes, u need to pay for that and the sticker but she doesnt need to attend the seminar.

- I will come with her on her visa interview and I'll take her with me when she get here in the US. Do I need a clearance from DSWD?

NO... as long as the mother will accompany her in her travel.

yes u need to get nbi with aka, u used his surname or not.. when u go to ur interview u will gonna submit nbi with aka along with ur CTC CD, COF, cemar and AMC...

take note: mnl is not always the TN better to call 2go main to ask for ur real TN...

CENOMAR= no, takes one wk. before NSO issue the doc.

as we are still recovering our expenses.

But if your mom is coming for a B2 visa you just try then if not approved would be easy for you to pick your son to Pinas.

hi sis.. yeah i understand, yes its really expensive but that's the easiest way i know how to deal with it.. regarding my AOS sis no.. i still dont have my GC yet.. my husband called USCIS yesterday and telling us that we're still in the normal process and in our loc. USCIS ofc they're still processing month of June and we filed Aug. so we need to wait more...

congrats on the upcoming baby. on your mom being able to get a tourist visa, depends on what ties she has to the Philippines. I've noticed sometimes it's easier for someone older to obtain a tourist visa.

you mentioned you plan on going to the Philippines. are you planning to schedule your son's K-2 interview so it will be possible for him to come back with you?

In Inyong's situation, it will probably be difficult for her elder child to obtain a tourist visa to accompany her K-2 child to the USA.

thank u so much sunandmoon!!! yes, i am planning to come home in the PH this year so my son can come back with me here in the USA... our plan is that, my mom will gonna accompany my son in the US Embassy during his K2 interview then when he get his k2 visa then i will fly back to the PH to pick him up...

under K2 visa, Regarding your mom as tourist that's the USEM discretion if she can pass the interview likewise that's my plan

for my elder child to go with my K2 child to accompany too as tourist if that will be granted by USEM.

By the way we need to get a permit from DSWD for entering k2 visa. Good Luck!

I have another question. I was reading 1 post and it says if never been married provide the CENOMAR or if divorce or annulled proof of annulment. So does this means that I don't need a CENOMAR when I have proof of annulment? or do i still secure CENOMAR in NSO?

u still need... its called CENMAR or marriage index.. + divorce decree/ annulment doc.
