    If you are applying for CR1, NVC will instruct you and your spouse to pay for the CR1 visa fee (US$ 400) and the I-1864 Affidavit of Support fee (US$ 70).

    At the Embassy, the only fee you will pay is for the courier (Air21) to deliver your passport with the visa inserted.

    K1/K2 and K3/K4 visa applicants pay the visa fee (US$ 131) before attending the interview at BDO or Citibank.

    so meaning i dont need to pay visa thingy ? just curious about it coz some one from cr1 just told me she paid fee to the bdo. she was interviewed last march . just askiing only for knowing

    Keep your hopes up! I know it is very sad, because yall are man and wife. They probably will give you another interview. When a person is officially denied they will send your passport and other info. back to you. My finacee from the Phils. was denied, it was stated on her letter, they determined the intent was for immigration to the USA only. I have been there to see her 3 times. Good luck, keep your chin up, and think positively. I am planning to appeal their decision, having already contacted my Senator's senior staff. May God Bless!

    I keep my chin up............, he doesn't have any letter or any denied document, only a word from the officer telling this is a fake marriage and I send the case back to USA, ???????

    What make me feel so sad is my husband telling me this: honey can you talk to the Ambassador why she make fun of me? why she keep telling me why you look to my hair do I have something? she said more than once :crying: he don't understand what he did wrong why she don't let him talk.

    i guess the interviewed was have miss-understanding communication.... he answered wrong thats y embassy told him this marriage was faked. because he declaired he was married once and he answered twice.

    or somehow........ ur husband miss understood wat is the question he thoughts that embassy asking how many times u been married not him ....

    much better ask him clearly wats the reason to get failed. and called USCIS wats the best thing to do. tell them ur husband gor miss understood only the question heh.

    hey allen my advice are

    IF SHE TALKS TO you WITH IN THIS WEEK AND U BOTH GOT BACK IN RELATION DONT DO THIS ADVICE BELOW

    BUT IF SHE DONT TALK TO YOU BETTER TO DO THIS

    1. REPORT THAT IN USCIS, NVC OR WAT EVER AGENCY IMMIGRATON THAT CAN CANCEL HER VISA

    2. CANCEL ALL BENIFITS SHE GETS NOW eg. AOS, sponsorship ,

    3. SHE CAN BE DEPORTED HERE IN PINAS if u file a case to her ( talked to atty in immigration)

    MOVE ON......... I AM FILIPINA BUT WAT U DID AND WAT SHE DID TO YOU IS NOT GOOD. shes ur wife she should understand wat is family and wife is. she married you for wat just for fun -.- and you got both problem she gonna leave you ewww. bad girl lol well dont slapped her again its hurts

    Hello all,

    My wife said someone told her there in the philipines that someome they know that got a visa, had their interview in cebu instead of manila; is that possible, i thought they only did te interviews in manila?

    Also, if they do perform inteviews in cebu, then can she have her med exam in cebu too,; i thoughtthey only did med exam in manila at st. lukes?

    Is this possible?

    interview place is only in manila but i dont know about medical m friend from iligan got interview and he come here in manila.
