    As I put on your other post. Just take the original and copy to the bank and have the bank cerify the copy to be a true and accurate copy of the original in your possession.

    I know girl but I SENT IT OUT. God I hope it doesn't cause problems.

    Worst that could happen is you get another RFE. :blush:

    Well Widhbegirl u were right my husband call today to NVC and we have our case number. Am just so so happy I can`t stop smile.

    Well got a few questions since am starting my aos package to mail to my husband:

    I got all documents they ask for; but am not sure if all of them has to be translated??; since all others I sent ,were translated and I did it; It is ok if I mail it to my husband or will be better to mail it directly to the NVC????.

    And if some knows wich test exist to prove what vaccines u have and what i can start to get from my family doctor, since am like 30 I lost many years ago my vaccines certificade, and my doctor says he kinda can give me a medical certification saying I got some of them as a baby but am not sure. Do you think will best if i call the phisician the embassy has listed and ask about????

    Well today I went to the grocery and while I was driving back I got a call from my mom who was at my house. She said, you got something in the mail from Department of Homeland Security. I was like "OPEN IT NOW" I was so excited. I thought it was my approval. But NOOOO it was an RFE. I sent a translated copy of my marriage contract with my application. Evidently, they wanted the original as well. So as soon as I got it I ran myself up to the post office and sent it back priority mail. So guys, tell me how much additional time is this RFE gonna add to my case??? :angry:

    I received an RFE today. They are asking for my original marriage certificate in Arabic. I didn't realize they wanted that with the translation. Am I the only one who didn't realize that??? So now, do I send them my ORIGINAL copy of my marriage certificate or do I send them a copy?? And, does anyone know how long this will delay my case if I send it back asap???

    ok what happend yestrday is we talked and theres no change happens so divorce is final and iam going in avaction to visit one of my friends for afew days and get calm and think about what iam gonna do in the next monthes i really have to many stuff to do specially when i got some exams for my license and masters degree together next nov so iam gonna take my trip calmdown come back and take care of business thank you guys for ur advices i feel better now and i really slept yesterday like ababy i didnot even comment that much now i just wake up make me some falfel looooool anyway take care guys and i pray everyone of yall safe and happy and in deep love everyday god bless yall

    :( hey dear friends i didnot want to share this with anyone but i donot know i just fell bad and i wanna to talk with ya guys like i used too everyday for longtime anyway iam planing on applying for getting adivorce iam tired of what iam going throw i been really throw too much stuff with her she is alcohlic and i tried whatever i can i mean whatever i can to help her with this i never seen someone drinks like this in my life everyday after she come from work till she pass out and i have to be crazy around her theres allways something wrong iam the one who must take care of everything at the house dishes cleaning and cooking shopping even washing cars and doing the landury i think i deserve better then that all what she do is work and drink and act crazy on me and i hate it i really hate it and started to get crazy here the other day i was asleep i put the air condition on cool wake up sweeting and cannot breath and almost gonna die from not breathing she put the air condition on high at hot also one day the house was gonna catch afire when she forget the stove on for almost 12 hours i was asleep and wake up on the smell of fire i feel like ###### all i feel like is to pack my stuff in jump in the car and go no where i mean no where just me and aplace i can breath life been so black into my eyes been throw alot this time specillay after my accident and the surgires i had to do and of course i was alone all of this time coz she is passed out from drinking and donot care about my green card i donot know if iam gonna lose it or not i have 10 years green card i recived it when i came here since i got IR! visa unconditional green card i donot know if iam gonna lose this or not i donot care if i losed it or not iam ready to go to egypt and have apeace of mind life been so shitty like this i did i really did loved her so much and i didnot know she is like this and for my love and from the deep of my heart i tried very hard to take her away from this doctor i tried mental physician i tried i even set with her family and we talked and theres no way we get away from this she think iam touching her freedom and iam not i want the best for us and i cannot handle it guys iam so sad and so confused life is really dark in my eyes and this week iam gonna pack my stuff and leave i donot know even how to finish the divorce but i wanna leave i think of going to aplace wheres amosque here in texas spend afew days there and pray and ask good to help me i have worked hard very hard and iam tired guys i really wanna end this marrige tell me ur opinion guys plz.

    I am sorry you are going through this. You cannot change her. Just try to take care of yourself. Please don't do anything rash. Make sure you get some good advice from a lawyer before you do anything. I will pray for you,

    petitions involving Adam Walsh Act...

    the Adam Walsh Act strictly forbids anyone who has been convicted of any " specified offense against a minor " from filing a family-based petition on behalf of any beneficiary, unless you can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that you pose no risk to the safety or well being... ". in my case i am a person who has been convicted of an specified offense against a minor and at this time i now have to prove to the USCIS that i am not a threat to my fiancee' and i have this one chance to do it or my petition will be denied. the suggested guidelines of evidence that may prove my non-threatening self basically involve professional evaluations and documentation that is very similar to the type that one receive if they were in counseling or group therapy. this may include polygraphs, ABEL screening and/or very complicated and in depth behavioral assessments. these paticular evaluations are costly and will require time and dedication to complete. i have started to gather information and make preparations, to prove to those who are in the positions to decide our future, to get our petition approved so that my honey and i can be together. we will see this through til the end. there are others that are also waiting to be approved so please share your experiences so that we all can benefit...

    Wish I could say I felt bad for you but if you did the crime then you have to deal with the consequences.

    Not only him... We had few other people in Feb filers, and I did put them on my spreadsheets. I find these people randomly by reading other posts. Some of them don't have their timeline updated, so that's why they don't appear on the stats.
