Ok I'm confused about something. Sometimes I think I know it and then all of a sudden someone says something different so I'm not sure which is true.

When my fiance receives the k1 visa, how much time before it expires?

I understand there's a 6 month thing and then three months IN the US in which he has to marry me. But are those three months IN the 6 month time frame or is it that he has up to six months to enter the US and then an ADDITIONAL 3 months while IN the US??

Am I even making sense? It's hard to make sense of what you're saying when you are confused.

Ok...so she has 6 months to use it to COME to the USA.

Once in the USA....she has 90 days to get married to you until it expires.

No...the 6 months is seperate...the 6 months is for her to use it to come to the states. Once she uses it to come to the states...its done...its a one time entry. Then the 90 day (3 month) clock starts for the marriage to happen.

Can anyone tell me whats the difference between skype or yahoo messenger is? Aren't they all are free anyways?

Last time I even ATTEMPTED to use Yahoo messenger we were very disappointed. I can't quite remember exactly how it was but all I know is Skype has the clearest audio and video that we have used yet.

My fiance, from the UK, got his photos done in a shop and they ARE passport photos but they aren't 2x2. The passport photos over there are more rectangular. Will this be a problem? Other than the shape they still are fine....
