Pois é, eu imaginava que o green do GreenCard significava "livre acesso". Só tinha curiosidade, de repente era verde mesmo LOL. Thanks!

When my sister applied for a visitors visa last year she provided everything you mentioned plus my dad's last year's tax returns (he was paying for her trip) as well as bank statements. They looked at everything but we are not sure if everything was actually required. Hope someone can help you better. Good luck!

Sara, I don't really know how to answer your question. But a few weeks ago I saw a question like yours on Yahoo! Answers. I didn't really pay attention to it since, well, it doesn't apply to me. I tried looking for it now and I couldn't find it. Hope you have better luck.

I entered the US on my K1 Visa on August 21st! I'm now living in Arlington. Our civil ceremony is planned for Sept. 19th. I do have some questions, some are silly, but I don't want to mess anything up!
1. When should I get my SSN? Before we get married, or after? After.
2. When I apply for my AOS, do I now use my new married name? You also apply for AOS after you get married.
3. What is the process of changing my name? My passport etc will still have my unmarried name... is that okay? You can change your name when you apply for AOS by writing your name the way you want it to be on the forms. It is ok, when travelling just take your marriage certificate with you, and greencard. Or you can request a new passport with your new name on it.
I know... still so much to do! I feel like it will never end!
Thanks as always for all the help from the Vjers!

A central Pennsylvania man said he robbed a bank in 2007 to go to jail and get away from his overbearing wife. At a sentencing hearing Monday, 39-year-old Anthony Miller said he robbed a bank in Ephrata because he wanted to leave his then-wife but she had threatened to commit suicide if he did.Defense attorney Robert Beyer said Miller approached tellers with a BB gun, asked for money and told them to call the police. He said Miller even asked for updates on their efforts to reach authorities.
Miller pleaded guilty in June. Lancaster County Judge Louis Farina sentenced him to three to six years in prison on Monday.
Beyer said the couple divorced within the last year.
This is much better than that guy that jumped off the boat to get away from the nagging.
I thought the same right when I read the topic title.

I do have questions about the OP--How on earth did that guy manage to get FIVE slaps in?
Why didn't the mother intervene after the 1st one?
I thought the same thing myself. But maybe she was picking something from a shelf and wasn't looking. Although I believe in disciplining our kids, I would beat the sh!t out of that guy if it was my child.
well, in different news story about this incident I read , that he followed them into a different aisle and saw the kid was still crying and grabbed the kid and started slapping her.. I am sure the mother was in shock and maybe she didn't notice right away..
Probably. I just don't see anyone letting a stranger slap their children. The guy was a freak, poor kid.

What a monster!
I just hope no one brings up the "her mom shouldn't have left her alone" #######.

Congratulations!
