  1. I understand that prices of each vaccine varies from each other.

Just thought id ask for guidance here again, can someone pls give me an idea on how much you guys paid for some vaccines that you got during your medical at SLEC? does anyone knows whats are the prices.. or do u think it would be best to get vaccines before getting the interview to save up money? thank you

  2. The law states "whoever". It does not differentiate between that person being in or out of the US.

Show me where the law states that fraudulently misstating one's marital status on a document for obtaining a visa can gain one the ban, and this conversation will be over.

So would that mean the OP will be jailed for this?

what a pity :( theyre just trying to be together.. sigh...

  3. hi. check this out... http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...p;#entry2539003

and to be more specific, the initial interview will have you stand infront of a filipino officer. pre-interview they say. its just a window, much like when you talk to a bank teller or employee. this can be seen by anyone. cos you just come upfront a window.

with the actual consul officer, you go inside a small room.

and this is just you and the consul officer. youre provided a seat, and you are separated by a window from the consul officer.

my pre-interview took about less than 10 minutes and so did the actual interview.

its the waiting that takes long.

on a round off... i got through the gates at 6am. they started calling priority numbers at 7am.

by 9:30am i was out with the pink slip.

    hope this helps. good luck!

thank you so much.. your reply is indeed a big help for me and my daughter. God bless you

  4. I was just wondering.. for those who had their interviews before at USEM? How was it like to be interviewed there? I mean, were u inside a room? sit down on a chair and talk to the consul officer. or youll be interviewed standing infront of them?.. and how long does an interview usually takes? 20 mins? 30? just thought id ask, I wanted to give an idea to my daughter aswell on how it is inside the embassy,as she was asked to go with me on our interview. Thank you so much, i hope you could share ur experience. God speed

  5. [/size]First of all i just wanna say hello to anyone there! i just really need your opinion right now,

i am not lucky like the usually people who got there chance to have a visa...

My Problem is i have my previous marriage before and now i am waiting for my decisions to come this month... But the woman in consul whose interviewing me today she's was denying my papers... she never give me a consideration to wait my decision this month...

So i just wanna know what is the best way that i can do once i received my decision..b'coz the embassy didnt give me an instruction to what i do then

if ever i have my decision from the court... if am i going to apply for new application for petition? or am i going to send the copy of my decision to the USCIS or Appealing for my case.... they we're just told me once my previous marriage not terminated they will never give me a visa thats it...and returned my passport, so no clue about any instruction..

My boyfriend and i we both deppresed about this things happen to us..please kindly give us some advise ..ill wait for your kindly feedback and reply

    Godbless all!!

    thank you..

    MadzandCarl

Lets wait till she comes back and give us more updates.. We may all speculate, wether its fraud or not, and give our comments about the issue. but in the end, its still them who can tell what really happened. So until then, Lets hope that they may find a solution to their situation.. either theyll be given a sanction or another chance (that we dont all know).. bec right now at this point, all they need is support and understanding... of which i believe VJ members are capable of giving.

  6. :help: Should the pic in DS-156 be exactly the same with the one submitted in G-325? or Will it be okay to submit a most recent pic taken.. same one that ill be using for my medical in SLEC? btw, i kinda smiled abit in that pic but with no teeth showing... is that ok? kinda confused with this.. pls help!!! thank you for all your advices in advance.. God bless you all.
  7. a friend of mine who had same wt ur case waited for d court decicion til she set for an interview bcoz its very clear n d instruction that b4 filing a K1 or b4 interview, both parties are free to get married. If the consul denied you then denial has a big diff from delaying of issuance of visa...but still prayers is d best weapon to touch God's heart. Good Luck

I dont get it... you friend filed for the k-1, then waited to scheudel an interview until after it was finalized?

    were they approved?

Yes...she is now in Alabama...when her fiance applied for K1 that time, she intentionally not to include her form325A, so, she has no record at USCIS that time...but her laywer assured her that before the petition approved the annulment will be ok, so, before RFE received by her fiance, the result was already finalized in d court. She got approved May of 2007 at NVC, Consulate received d papers a week after, and 1 month before expiration of her NOA2 and thats on July of 2007, she called USEM to set an interview sched dated Sept 2007, a longer duration bcoz she was worried that time that NSO was not yet updated of d result of her annulmet case. The duration from USCIS approval-calling-set for interview date had a little bit longer gap, but shes fine now. Its only a matter of understanding on their instruction...

Cool.. but the only difference is that im sure your friends annulment is done and she was able to provide a annotated copy from NSO during the interview itself, In their case.. she went into interview with no Court decision yet.. and ofcourse, No annulment decree on hand to prove shes legally able to marry him. :(

    Godbless all!!

    thank you..

    Madz,

Just incase you decide to refile again take note of this pointers regarding your annulment...

    1. Pag lumabas na yung DECISION... Maghintay ka pa ng few wks para sa CERTIFICATE OF FINALITY, then after nun kumuha ka ng certified true photo copies nung mga yun( DECISION and CERTIFICATE of FINALITY) dun sa RTC kung saan ka nag file nang annulment, then Punta ka ng NSO Main, submit mo yung documents sa kanila then mag request ka for another copy of Marriage cert. it'll take 2 wks or more bago nila maiupdate yun sa database nila. but im sure they will give u naman a specific date kung kelan ka babalik. after matapos yung process sa NSO, They will give u a copy of your "Annotated Marriage Certificate" where in it states where and when the decision is rendered, name of the Judge, case no. and declaration that the marriage bet ween you and your ex husband is null and void from the beginning. try as much as possible to furnish this before kayo mag file ulit.

I know how bad it is being away from our loved ones that we tend na madaliin lahat. Take it one day at a time. sabi nga, slowly but surely.. youll get there..

    2. Get as much information u need before filing another petition. Research more here in visa journey. If there something that u dont really understand or confuses you. post it in forums like this again. Im sure there are lots of people who is willing to help you guys out.

    3. Lastly, Pray and Hope that youll get through with this..

    Goodluck Girl!!

  9. I can answer everyones concerns! The approval here in the US is easy. They basically just looks at the papers given and may do a background check on the petitioner but they are not really checking the beneficiary, that is why u have an interview at the US embassy of the beneficiary's country. that's when they check everything about the beneficiary. It happened to us also but we did not lie or anything on the immigration form. My husband was not married ever but at the time of the interview, his CENOMAR in the Philippines showed up a marriage record so his VISA was not denied but put on administrative review. after 6 mos w/out hearing anything from the US embassy, i canceled the petition. to make story short, we had to go thru the annulment process even if it was identity theft. it's philippine law to go thru an annulment to get the marriage null and void. the court discovered w/ the priest as witness that it was not my husband that he married but a much older person using my husband's name. when the annulment decree was issued, we got married and so i re-petitioned for spousal visa.

so, u have to refile once ur annulment has been issued.

    Your situation was rather different.

I agree.. yours is a matter of identity theft that was proven later on so u have a valid reason for it.. Theirs is a matter of 'Not declaring previous marriage " or even if she did, The thought of declaring that she is legally able to marry his fiance on the Letter of intent during the time they submitted it was a huge mistake in her part. Her marriage is not yet over since the case is still pending and with no decision yet.

  10. :crying::crying::crying::crying: THERE IS NO OTHER ALTERNATIVE AFTER 1 MONTH ALMOST WAITING FOR THE LAWYER OR THE USCIS SEND US A NOTIFICATION ....... AND AFTER SEVERALS PHONE CALLS TRYING TO SPEAK WITH SOMEBODY FROM USCIS .... WE FINALLY DECIDED TO RESEND THE I 130 PACKAGE AGAIN.

Sorry to hear this but.. just thought id ask, were u able to get hold of someone from the USCIS to verify your first petition? try calling your lawyer aswell, im sure he have the answer for it. but goodluck anyways

  11. i have recieved already a letter from USEM last Jan30 that im eligible to make an interview appointment already. but Right now im still waiting for the police clearance as it really takes awhile and the AOS from my fiance. Question is, can i call the USEM now for an inteview appointment but ask for a March date instead? like a specific date in March? do they allow this? thanks in advance for future replies..

  12. Just thought id ask this, Well im pretty sure, when i was a baby i got some vaccines like DPT/BCG shots but i dont have a vaccination records with me. Same as my daughter who is included in the petition, since this is the case would they still allow us to undergo the medical at SLEC? what is the best thing for us to do now? pls advices are very much welcome. well be having our medical soon and im really confused right now. thank you in advance for all your replies.

No need worry! The panel physicians at St. Lukes will determine which vaccines you and your anak will have.

LOTS of people don't have records naman!

Hint!~ Take the medical at least 2 weeks before your interview. Best time to go is after 12:00 noon. Tuesday-Thursday!

Thank you so much for your reply!!! i feel relieved now... :) youre an angel.. salamat ng marami. God bless

  14. So for example if we were approved on 26th is it OK that we still have no our hard copy? or probably we were touched only twice without any reason and we are still pending?

could be either.... or at worst an RFE

Oh!!!! Yes stupid RFE I almost forgot about it…well I check the list here and I know that we sent all required files, but ….as we know that is USCIS piece of ###### and they can ask about everything if I have ever been on the moon or if I have ever thought to be terrorist at stupid USA or…whatever just whatever….

USCIS piece of ##### and stupid USA ! Wow, you seem to not like Americans very much, are you sure that you wanna immigrate ?

You should read more exactly I Like Americans and that is why I want live there because I believe that only this people can change this STIUPID country with FUCKIN…Creations like USCIS I Used to leave there and I know some thing about America and Americans I don’t like America, But I like Americans

Just be patient.. and try to follow up. Im sure youll get something from them. btw, drop the name calling!

  15. Are you married to your fiancee??? You posted thit to the K-3 forum.

You seem to post the same things about USCIS quite often, the last rant was here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...=175656&hl=

    Moving this to USCIS forum.

No I am not marry yet, but we are considering this options. American’s are too stupid to understand how some people can miss each other that is why if we will not receive our K-1 visa we will get married soon not legally according to American’s stuuuuuupid law. I am lower here and I know how some things should be done and I can not afford to wait so lond because some fat fucki…..g stupid smelling so bed American’s Officer is working like piece of shi….t America for me honestly is nice but l

aw system is so bad now…I hope that someone can see how USCIS is illegally and how bad it is….

PATHETIC!!!!!!!! Your a real piece of work. If American law is so bad, stay in Poland. But I feel sorry for Poland with your attitude.

You know I am from poland, but from five years I am leaving in Norway. I thing that Poland Isworth the same as Stupid America Maybe little more, but is only for me....

I can understand that you are flustered. I want to tell you something… Few months ago we were with my father in France to buy some wines. We have the biggest company in Poland which is importing wines from all over the Europe.., but whatever We met some guy. He was owner of small company producing wine of course in charming France. We talk to him about contract and then our lower prepare CONTRACT… it is for 10 000 000 EU for 5 years…It took for him a few hour to say yes or no…So I am asking you Why FOR 455 STUPID AMERICAN’S $ THEY CAN NOT KAKE DECISION…WHY CAN YOU TELL ME INSTADE OF GLORYFI THIS WHAT EVE NOT SUPID!!! AMERICANS ARE NOT GLORYFI please answer me and look through you eyes because instead of America we have the whole world…consider this

Immigration is a privilege, not a right.

What kind of privilage....For me I thing and I feel like I am changing myself from 21 age to 17 age I am sorry for all Americans, but I feel in this way...

Would someone PLEASE change his diaper !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey there!! I understand where your frustration is coming from. But i think, its not proper for you to call Americans stupid, its not that iam being biased or whatsover but waiting for a couple of months now doesnt give u the right to be rude to everyone. WAITING AND BEING PATIENT IS MERELY NEEDED in filing a petition. And being away with our fiance/spouses is never easy and everyone who is waiting, knows exactly the pains that you are going through..So that means, you are not alone in this whole waiting thing! BTW, just incase u dont know, members of VJ are either getting married to an American, or already married to one or American themselves. So better drop the name calling!! and Oh! one more piece of advice, I think it would be best for you, to marry your American partner and just live in Poland or Norway or wherever with your spouse. bec i dont think you fit to live in AMERICA where everyone is AMERICAN that u call stupid... Grrrrrrrrr!!

  16. Thought id share this to all who would be needing police clearance for Jap Embassy in manila, I suggest if u have the chance to request it earlier then do it. based on my experience, I just recieved the letter from the USEM the other day, and was suppose to be happy about it as it states that i could make an appointment already for an interview but got disappointed aswell bec i have requested for a police clearance the other day and they told me that it takes 1 1/2 or worst 2-3 mos to be released. :crying: It Sucks!! but cant do anything but wait. dont get me wrong i could ask for an interview appointment already but what iam trying to point out here is that to avoid the hassle of being asked to go back on another appointment might aswell show up there with complete documents required.

Oh btw, as soon as u get the Hard copy of NOA2 and case number from NVC (MNLXXXXX..), go to USEM at once and ask for a letter to show the JAP Embassy that u are asked to get a Police clearance from them. Hope this helps. Speedy approval for all.. God bless
