Im not sure wether this is the right spot that i should post this... but i gave it a try to vent out how i feel... Iam sure that iam indeed happy for recievin my visa finally and that i can be with my fiance soon enough to marry him. Its just that iam worried if i could be able to take my daughter with me when i fly in there in the US this coming May. We have her on K2 but she was asked to return after 2 mos for repeat xray. She just had her pneumonia taken cared of during the time of our medical. We have 3 more wks to go to hope that her xray will be cleared. I really dont want her to be left behind.. I LOVE MY DAUGHTER SO MUCH and it breaks my heart to be away from her. Im sure that i could have her follow me later on to join us if all else fail but syempre it would be more complete if shes with me. I humbly ask you guys to pls include my daughter in your prayers so that she maybe able to pass her medical finally. Thank you so much guys... May God bless each and everyone of you.

thanks. I was actually asked to submit additional documents which is the PC and put my case under AR. You were right it took really longer than the others. I guess they made some documents verification. Thus the Holiday(holy week) adds up with the delay.

Wait a minute, so you don't have anything that's sealed?. All your docs are loose?. Cause my fiance got a big envelope, inside there were two envelopes, one with the passport and another one with the sealed mistery envelope.

Actually i recieved a big plastic from the courier (AIR21) wherein inside theres this 2 sealed yellow envelopes that is enclosed in a clear sealed plastic together with my passport. It says DO NOT OPEN! i needed my passport inside the clear plastic so i opened it but didnt touched the 2 yellow envelopes. So i was wondering if thats ok? or should i need to get back at the embassy to have it resealed with a clear plastic again?

PLS HELP ME... I NEED ADVICE ASAP.. WHEN YOU GUYS GAVE THE FAMOUS DO NOT OPEN ENVELOPES IN YOUR POE. SHOULD IT BE STILL IN CLEAR SEALED PLASTIC?? IAM CONFUSED.. I CANNOT RECALL IF MY PASSPORT WAS INSIDE THE CLEAR PLASTIC TOGETHER WITH THE YELLOW ENVELOPES WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED BY AIR 21. OR WAS THE PASSPORT OUTSIDE OF IT. Anywho, Thank you to everyone who have helped us through our journey. to Those who are still waiting.. keep the faith God is good, he will listen to all our prayers. Hi to all,.just want to share how it doesn't bother me at all to wait I mean my husband can get his visa anytime I can still wait longer.....I don't really care if they make us wait longer.. I know some1 who reads this topics..I know who you are...you can laugh all you want..this waiting doesn't bother me at all,.even when you see me down everyday..and put me against my family,.even though they have never given support for me to get through this tough times..I have lost my job once but now I have one, I thought I'd never learn how to drive again but I did, I thought I can never take the bus to work but I manage to I am not embarassed, I thought I won't celebrate Christmas but I did, I thought I'd sleep on New Year but I didn't...I thought I'd just cry over our 1st wedding anniversary but I didn't, I thought I thought I'd never attend a wedding but I did, I thought I'd never smile on my birthday but I did I thought my old friends have forgotten me but they didn't.....you can laugh all you want..because I know god has great plans for me and my husband..we still haven't lost that faith.... America is my home,.I am a fil-am and I know you are bringing me down to give up on this with my husband and go back to the Philippines that is not going to happen..I will never get depressed and kill my self no matter how hard this has been for me...because I have dreamed of heaven in the future...I am very proud to say that we haven't gotten the visa yet..ahhahahahah you can laugh all you want...It doesn't bother me at all..it will come soon anyways..so what...you can push me down,bring me down..do whatever....You can think of plans to make me cry but that won't happen...I am not afraid because the Lord is always with me.. :innocent:

Sorry to have frightened any of you.

Our blue slip was an actual denial. We have been fighting through this since Jan 12th. We are still waiting to be told rather we need to file a waiver.

We were not missing any documents. We were flat denied with a code and its something we are working through now.

I didn't know there was another blue slip out there, so sorry again for that.

hey dear friends i didnot want to share this with anyone but i donot know i just fell bad and i wanna to talk with ya guys like i used too everyday for longtime anyway iam planing on applying for getting adivorce iam tired of what iam going throw i been really throw too much stuff with her she is alcohlic and i tried whatever i can i mean whatever i can to help her with this i never seen someone drinks like this in my life everyday after she come from work till she pass out and i have to be crazy around her theres allways something wrong iam the one who must take care of everything at the house dishes cleaning and cooking shopping even washing cars and doing the landury i think i deserve better then that all what she do is work and drink and act crazy on me and i hate it i really hate it and started to get crazy here the other day i was asleep i put the air condition on cool wake up sweeting and cannot breath and almost gonna die from not breathing she put the air condition on high at hot also one day the house was gonna catch afire when she forget the stove on for almost 12 hours i was asleep and wake up on the smell of fire i feel like ###### all i feel like is to pack my stuff in jump in the car and go no where i mean no where just me and aplace i can breath life been so black into my eyes been throw alot this time specillay after my accident and the surgires i had to do and of course i was alone all of this time coz she is passed out from drinking and donot care about my green card i donot know if iam gonna lose it or not i have 10 years green card i recived it when i came here since i got IR! visa unconditional green card i donot know if iam gonna lose this or not i donot care if i losed it or not iam ready to go to egypt and have apeace of mind life been so shitty like this i did i really did loved her so much and i didnot know she is like this and for my love and from the deep of my heart i tried very hard to take her away from this doctor i tried mental physician i tried i even set with her family and we talked and theres no way we get away from this she think iam touching her freedom and iam not i want the best for us and i cannot handle it guys iam so sad and so confused life is really dark in my eyes and this week iam gonna pack my stuff and leave i donot know even how to finish the divorce but i wanna leave i think of going to aplace wheres amosque here in texas spend afew days there and pray and ask good to help me i have worked hard very hard and iam tired guys i really wanna end this marrige tell me ur opinion guys plz.

Im sorry to hear that youve been going through this. But what i can advice is that the two of you should sit and talk about your issues. She needs your help much more these days.. Im sure its tiring to have to deal with everything but Communication is the key. As much as people over here in VJ would give their 2 cents about your problems but at the end of the day its still you and your wife who could solve your issues and would decide wether to end up everything or not. Try to find out aswell whats the reason behind shes being like that, everything has a reason and as a husband its your responsibility to know whats going on with your wife. Again im sorry to hear youre getting all through this troubles, but im sure your relationship is on the rough path right now, Everything will be well soon. Pray and have faith.

white and blue slip are just the same.you'll get your visa soon.

we got a blue slip it was denial.

it's not a denial.it's just the same as white slip.i got one when i had my interview.it just asked for my NBI clearance with A.K.A,i got my visa after 3wks of submitting the additional doc.

Can anyone pls tell us what alternative email address can we use to contact USEM and make a follow up regarding my visa im on my 3rd wk now yet havent heard anything till now. As much as we wanted to contact them every wk but it cost alot of money to call, to think at most they can answer would be "call us back after 6 wks.. i know this is a generic answer as others would say, but im beginning to feel restless.. i submitted what they needed which" is the PC and im sure i was cleared with that, for i have done nothing wrong, never overstayed nor never been arrested while working overseas. I dont really understand whats going on, i only hope i would know the reason why its taking quite sometime. I cant sleep well, cant eat well.. My fiance will be deployed in August thats why we wanted so badly to be together bec we're sure that we need to work on my AOS and several more stuff after exchanging our vows.. I feel so sad with whats going on. Thanks for all your future replies.

Same case for us too! this week will be the 6th week since she had her interview. It did take 6 weeks for them to get what they needed, everything has been submitted and now I wait till Thursday to e-mail and check back. Hang in there! We're there with you and keep us posted!

Thank you so much guys for replying it means so much to me that i have people who understand. Iam not really happy of whats been going on with us and our loved ones. Im not really sure if they exactly know how we feel waking up each day without the ones who makes us complete. It hurts the most, knowing were this close of being with them but not knowing when. I just do hope that things will clear out for everyone so that we can have the chance to hold our partners again. For it is when everything seems alright. Hi guys!! thought id vent out... I was so disappointed of how things are. Im so down after hearing what the girl from call center of USEM said about the status of my paper. Got my interview last March 19, all went well and the CO told me that he cant see any reason y he shouldnt give me visa. He even congratulated me and wish luck in our marriage. he then asked me to sumit an additional document which is the Police clearance where in i manage to give it to them the same day.As for others with similar exeprience, they manage to recieve their visas after submitting the PC after few days to about a wk. But in my case, i dont really understand as to why the Lady told us that my paper is under review and was asked to call back after 6 wks. This is really frustrating for us. Im sure that im not the only one beng in such situation but its hurting me too much knowing we're this close of being together but not sure when and what will happen.. I love him too much and its not the same not being with him.
