On our second month now...

hi everyone, how is everybody doing? its been more than 2 months since my spouse been in the US. now shes complaining about the cold New England weather. we still didnt receive the ssn card yet though, hopefully its coming soon so she can apply for a driver's permit. :whistle: have a nice day everyone

This is in reply to your inquiry of October 26, 2009, regarding the visa case of the referenced individual.

As you are aware, further administrative processing is necessary in this case. Consular officers need to be reasonably satisfied that all identity and relationship issues have been addressed before a final determination is made regarding visa issuance.

No additional documentation is required from you or the applicant at this time. Be assured that as soon as the review is completed, we will contact the applicant to resume processing the visa application.

We are unable to predict how long it will take to process the case to conclusion. The time required to process a visa application varies from case to case depending on the complexity of the case itself and the number and complexity of other cases awaiting review. In fact, we advise our clients not to finalize travel plans, dispose of their properties, or give up jobs until a visa is actually delivered to the applicant. We are simply unable to predict if or when an applicant would qualify for visa issuance.

we just passed out 1 month AP line...very sad and upset of all this...

Why are questioning the capacity of Jack a.k.a TCO a.k.a "The King" that he cannot buy such an awesome castle like that?

FYI....he told us that his wife comes from a freaking rich family here in the Philippines..

and one thing more.....a Certified RN...which means..lots a lots a lots a dollars!!!!! woohoo.....

But yeah, we still need proof.....we still need pictures of you and Anais inside the castle...

That will be all "MY MAJESTY"!!!!

I am an RN and i dont make lots and lots of dollars...i dont think any RN can make lots of dollars for a mansion like this

I all depends on where you work I guess my sister is one and makes more than $25 an hour!!! I know the house her and her hubby has is a very nice house on the beach in New England

i earn more than 25$ per hour and i work in the New England area...

how do i email the us embassy in manila?

We recieved traking # maybe 30 mins after interview, but I just recieved an email from "Manila IV Correspondence Unit" stating: "Due to certain issues which were unresolved during the visa interview, the applicant’s case was marked for further administrative processing in order to validate the essential facts.

Consular officers need to be reasonably satisfied that all identity and relationship issues have been addressed before a final determination is made regarding visa issuance." not sure what this means, maybe document verifaction or maybe not satisfied with evidence we had for relationship. But I would think that if they were not satisfied with documents for relationship, that would have been checked on the MNL-IV-22 form, so i am thinking maybe just verifing documents........anybody with any thoughts please let us know

we havent received any emails yet. but this totally sucks, the consular should have told you if they needed more proof of your relationship or whoever's identity they are questioning!

hey everyone my husband told me that air21 text him a tracking number yesterday. i just called the embassy and said they did not issue the visa yet but our case is in the final review since air21 text my husband with a tracking number which means the embassy has already touched base with air21 that anytime soon they will be sending out the passport with the visa. i hope she meant what she said when she said within the next couple of days, that's a guarantee.

So when your husband before went to the embassy and hand over the air21 form they didnt give the tracking number right away?how many weeks did you wait until air21 txt your husband the tracking number?wow!hope he will have it soon!Goodluck taj's!

after the interview, the consular just informed him that all our documents are complete but we are on review. he gave his address and contact details to air21 and was given the white slip. that was all...no tracking number or anything. our interview was last sept. 25 and on wednesday (philippines time) my husband received a text message from air21 with the tracking number...will call the embassy in manila again...and keeping our fingers crossed!

Taj - how is your husband??? I pray he was spared from the flooding in Manila.

he is doing okay...safe and sound. he left manila the night before the big typhoon and luckily he and my little boy are safe and sound in our city... thanks for your concern! i do miss them alot. now that we are on AP, coming home from work has been more painful...

people who are about 20 plus older than their spouses...10 years works but 20 years? come on!

i always ask him to send me some papers : photocopy of his passport to show the CO how many entries he did , asking him when ill call dr to get an appointement letter , he said until november ( my interview is on november 16 ) , i scream , why does he have a cold blood !!!! its me who"s always stressing , always asking , always starting a subject ...

he's sure about himself that the interview wont be failed because having a son together is the best approvel of our relation !!!
