    Hello Vj Members,

    I posted these for my friend. Her suition:

    She on the CR-1/IR-1 then they got approved last september 17. Their case already in NVC. They use a lawyer on this process. They send everything to the lawyer DS-230, I-864, W-2 and $400 for visa application thye send this last October 10. Then their attorney gave name the case # but whenthey try to open in IV fees still did not match for the case # and invoice # then after the attorney got the papers and the money[/size] the attorney did not contacted them...

    DOES ANYONE GOT THE SAME ACSE IWTH MY FRIEND SHE REALLY NEED HELP FROM US GUYS. LETS HELP HER. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE. GOOD LUCK TO US :thumbs:

    hi everyone,

    i just want to share my great great news.. around 1:30pm i got another magic text from Delbros telling me that delivery starts today, and at exactly 9:20pm now, i heard someone call from our gate, it was the Delbros guy! I GOT MY VISA!!! YAY!!! and here's my visa dance for you guys ----> :dance::dance::dance:

    For exactly 5 mos and 16 days of visa process, the long wait is over... I'll be flying to be with Paul soon (L) Though i can say this is really a very hard time for me to be leaving my family again and not being here to celebrate Xmas with them ( i've been away for almost 3 yrs and this will be the longest...and hardest... :crying: )

    God answered my prayers, again i owe my BIG BIG thanks to HIM... THANK YOU GOD!!! :innocent:

    My very supportive and loving family who's been there with me since God brought me here on earth, i thank and love you with all my heart.. :luv:

    To my VJ family, words can't express how grateful Paul and I were to have you throughout the whole journey... Thank you so much for all your prayers and support, for answering our visa queries, for the never ending tips and for the goodluck's... :star::star:

    Lastly, to you Paul... for being my "rock" and for being patient with me despite my "visa anxiety syndrome" i can't stop thanking God for having you in my life, you're my "once in a lifetime,happily ever after"... :luv: my love for you just keeps getting better each day, and from the bottom of my heart... I LOVE YOU.. (L)

    For those who are still waiting, you'll be next in line for sure... It's good to know that USEM's working on their backlogs, at least we can call that "progress".. Our prayers are with you for a speedy and smooth journey, may you all get your visas soon... :thumbs:

    it depends also which place you will take your counseling... if you go to cebu, they will ask you for sure (F)

    maybe u can ask ur fiance to scan it and send it 2 ur e-mail than mailing it... (just my opinion :P )

    I attend the Guidance & Counseling in Cebu and the Counselor did not ask th ecopy of the divorrce paper of my husband. But some are asked for it. Good Luck :thumbs:

    K1/K2 MEDICAL EXPERIENCE

    Oct.7 (Tue) : 6am - 6pm

    *Arrived SLEC at 6am with my 2 girls. We were with Cloe (Jeffcloe). Lined up for the guard to check the appointment letter, given PDS forms and filled them up. (*make sure to have your own ballpoint pen and paste for the pics). Take note of the address and phone # of your nearest relative in the US if you have, one of the questions in the forms.

    *Picture taking to be printed on the forms/encoding of data, then went on line again for the checking of the forms. My 15yo daughter was asked to repeat her signature few times since it differs from her passport, she don't have yet her permanent signature.LOL.

    *Cashier - well, they got much from the 3 of us. :P

    *Immunization interview - I was asked for the girls' records but I don't have a copy anymore (that's fine), if we all had chickenpox and looked for the scar, dates of our first day of our last menstruation (will be asked repeatedly down to the releasing area), last sexual contact, any previous hospitalization, if been afflicted with TB, any relative living with u with TB, etc...my daughter was asked to go out for a private conversation with me, I was asked if she got a bf, I said none, but got many crushes.LOL, told her my daughter is open with me with regards to those matters. Many questions, just be consistent until you finish the very last procedure so it wont make conflicts.

    My 10 yo daughter was given tuberculin skin test and told to be back 48hrs after for the result. As a mom, the worries will always be there but since of my little know how, I know it will turn positive in 10yr time after a BCG is introduced at birth.

    *Laboratory/urine tests - me and my 15yo daughter. My 10yo was exempted. Nothing much about this just make sure to endorse your urine specimen to the nurse in-charge and check your name is visible on the specimen bottle.

    *Vital signs/height & weight/eye test - I happen to press hard my right eye, so as it was tested it was blurry, kept guessing the letters :lol: didn't matter anyway.

    *X-ray dept.- as usual, the waiting sucks.LOL. you have to remove your top, wear a hospital gown and no need to tie it as you will be asked to untie during the procedure. Fast as you could (coz the technician's like rushing to finish everything she will instruct you to take a deep breath and hold it, not releasing until you're dead (joke! :bonk: ) ok, until she's done. That way you won't need to have repeat x-ray unless there got abnormal findings.

    Oct.9 (Wed) - 10am- 7pm

    As you enter, show your receipt. Guard will check on the master's list if you are scheduled for immunization that would mean your x-ray result was negative. (me and Portia) were scheduled for immunization but I wasn't that happy yet since we don't know yet the skin test result for Alexa, my 2nd daughter.

    10am - Back for skin test interpretation, that's 48hrs after. The rash was that small which I knew it was not 10mm to be interpreted as positive. To my surprise, the Dr. said it's positive coz SLEC's cut off for a negative test is 5mm. So my daughter went for an xray.

    *Physical exam at room #27, she was nice, greeted her, asked almost same questions.dates,etc. did the inspection and was asked to disrobe,prawn position, palpation, ####### check-up...simply open it apart. :P

    As I was done, she asked the girls to get inside, interviewed with names and ages..I have instructed the girls beforehand about this procedure that they better not be thinking twice or else the doctor will get mad, so they did as instructed. We were like occupying the small room and was like messing up but glad she was that considerate.

    *Immunization proper (me and 15yo daughter Portia) - I was called first and was given 2 shots (Tdap & MMR), the nurse was very accommodating.

    Portia was not called yet, I was starting to worry coz I submitted our papers altogether, it was few hours gap after she was called. The girls started to whine, getting bored and sleepy but got no choice but wait (good I brought biscuits/juice,wrapped it in my jacket so the guard won't see :unsure: until she was called and was given 5 shots!! 2 each on her forearm and 1 on the thigh. As she went out the room, everything turned funny, she didn't cry at all but mama, I look like a dalmatian I got many patches! :lol: The exhaustion of waiting for hours just for the P.E. and immunization was relieved by laughters. Thanks tita Cloe for bearing with us.

    Our results will be released altogether next day.

    Oct.10 (Fri.) 2pm - 7pm

    As a mom, you cant avoid to get worried with the result of the x-ray. We hurriedly checked on the guard's master list and YES! she was for immunization, she only got 2 shots as appropriate for her age.

    Down to releasing section, you got to be interviewed again and again for identification. This time they will get your passport to be forwarded to the USEM with the medical results.

    So far, we did not encounter any rude staffs, everything went smooth. The waiting really hurts. There were even of old ages but were not given priority. It's on a first come first served basis.

    Went back to the hotel all smiles and girls are now making a deal for an ice cream. :D

    Hope this experience helps esp.those under K1/k2 process. Previous posts helped me a lot which now I want to do with the rest of you here.

    Sent our application to VSC in mid-September. Yet to get our notice of action (see my other post) but hoping that VSC is just slow is generating the notices.

    My opinion here sis, forgive and forget! If you think she is not deserving then let go... you sure can still find someone better as the old folks says..If somebody closes a door for you,worry not someone else will come willing to open both windows and doors. Now if she will gets back and make up with you,it will be your decision to give a second chance or not.

    That's life Bevs.. people come and go yet REAL friends will stick with you.

I too treasured a friendship but If this person is ignoring you then do the same.     hello mga sis ko dito, may e share share ako sa inyo, its all about my long lost friend, tagal ko kasi di sya nakita. we become freinds at first sa work namin, sa isang food chain, dun nag start friendship namin, naging close kami to extend na share nya secret nya sakin share ko rin yung secret ko, well di manan sercet na grabe , yun about sa mga crush lang yata yung noon, but the main point here, we become close to each other. nag ka miss understanding na din kami dati but na fixed na yun, normal nman cguro yung sa mag kaibigan. so matagl din kami di nag kita. then once nag share sya na sakin na may kano sya, matandan, but mabait daw, tinanong ko naman sya, mahal mo ba? sabi nya di nya alam, but the man is willing to marry her, sabi ko paano BF mo, alam nya ba? sabi ko nalng mag ingat kal kasi mga kapalit lahat. yung sabi nya sakin nung umalis ang kano, na miss nya daw, sabi ko, baka mahal mo na. during that time pa alis nadin ako for US. di na tagala kami nag karoon ng communication, hinanap ko sya thru friendster, myspace, at ano pang online dyan, but no luck, till marami narin nangyari sakin at umuwi ako sa pinas, its been last FEb yata nag surf ako dito sa Vj about yung I-94 na di na turn over sa immigration, so yung maraming nag appear, till may e opne ako at binasa, then i seen her name at nag post din sya about cancelling the petition, may picture doon, so sure ako sya yung friend ko na hinahanap, message ko sa sabi ko sabi ko masaya ako atlast na hanap ko din sya , which di ko expect, hinintay ko reply nya but nka ilan beses lang ako nag ka memessage wala pa rin reply, so i try to be frank to her, sabi ko, ano ba problema, mo but di ka mka say ng HI man lang sakin? takot ba? di ko naman ipag sasabi sa mondo yung past mo, may past din naman ko, may ex. di ko na kasi makayanan, kong pag iignore nya kahit nga thank u sa reply na sa post yna di nya masulat, but yung iba meron, ang aking lnag sana, sabihin nya sakin bat nya ako iniiwasan, wala naman ako sakasaln sa kanya, and take note mga sis, taga CDo din sya, at same area na kami nakatira, ko sa baga pa, malapit kami sa isat isa. di ko lang talaga ma intindihan bat may mga taong ganito,

    First of all Dhai. You have such a pretty smile. Gurl, all I can say about this is that You need to talk to her as in face to face. Maybe may nasabi ka before that hurts her feelings. Then you were friends before so meaning you know and understand each other so Baka may mis-understanding lang kau dba? talk to her dhai. Then if ever she will say yousaid taht..or did this...if you want to bringher back as your friend you are willing to forget and forgive.
