justashooter got a reaction from Fandango in Need some advice please. I posted and nobody responded. So I will repost. It's about proving marriage fraud.
she needs to call the police if there is physical violence, but at the same time she needs to abhor violence in her own behaviour. we are so tired of women cornering their husbands in the kitchen, screaming at and threatening them, then calling the cops when the guy pushes them out of the way so he can leave.
BTW, she doesn't need to worry about her "standing" in the community. she married a high school educated 3rd worlder. what "standing" can she possibly have left?
lemme guess, he is half her age and half her weight?

justashooter got a reaction from Darnell in Motion to Reopen - US Citizen wants to file divorce
    the immigrant needs to:
    1. file an AR-11 change of address form
    2. notify Nebraska Service Center and the Service Center they originally filed 751 with that the couple is now seperated, and request a conversion of the petition to acknowledge the change in status.
    3. Reply to any RFE that is subsequently sent.
what will happen is that the regional service center will convert the petition at no cost, and will send the immigrant an RFE for a final divorce decree. they will allow an 87 day response period. if a decree is not available within this period, the immigrant should respond with the reason such is not available, citing waiting preiods required by state law after seperation, showing evidence of a filing, or some such documentation. the service center will then commence deportation action, of which the immigrant will be notified. if the immigrant appears and petitions for a continuance on basis of reasonable evidence a continuance will be granted. when the final doc is available the immigrant will be interviewed and ajudicated on basis of their individual case.
this process allows the immigrant a path to adjust if seperated or divorced. it also allows the USC to be honest in the process as to the current state of the relationship.
if a seperation has occured and the USC lies to USCIS about the material fact and is found out, they may be indicted and convicted of defrauding the US gov't for immigration benefits, which is a federal felony, and will result in jail time. the immigrant may also be jailed, and will surely be deported in such cases.
with the risks involved, it's so much wiser to do it the legal way.

    USCIS NSC Flash #19-2005
Revised Revision to NSC Flash #6-2005
Please note that additional clarification has been provided in regard to NSC News
Flash #18 dated March 30, 2005 that amended News Flash #6 dated December
    27th, 2004.
The Effect of Separation/Divorce on Pending I-751 Petitions to Remove the
    Conditions on Residence
    • If the petitioner and beneficiary are divorced at the time the I-751 should be filed,
the beneficiary should file the I-751 (only s/he needs to sign) and mark "d" in Part
    2.
    • If the petitioner and beneficiary filed an I-751 petition jointly but:
a)separate before a decision is made on the I-751, the beneficiary should notify
the NSC that he/she is currently separated by mailing the explanation to the NSC
at PO Box 82521, Lincoln NE 68501-2521.
(This is probably for chicago area people, so copy NSC and whichever regional service center you originally filed at)
b)get divorced while the I-751 petition is pending, the beneficiary should notify
the NSC that he/she is divorced, and submit a copy of the divorce decree to the
NSC at PO Box 82521, Lincoln NE 68501-2521.
    • If the petitioner and beneficiary are separated or have initiated divorce
proceedings at the time the I-751 is due to be filed, the petitioner and beneficiary
may still file a joint petition if the petitioner is willing to sign the petition. If the
petitioner is not willing to sign a joint petition, the beneficiary is not eligible to file
a petition requesting a waiver of the joint filing requirement due to divorce until
the divorce is final UNLESS abuse is the basis for such a filing. The alien’s
status may be terminated because s/he has been unable to file a timely I-751
and s/he may be placed in removal proceedings.
Petitioners and beneficiaries are reminded that required supporting documentation
    must accompany all petitions.

in my experience they use standard busses to run over cars in china. people, too. seen it happen many times. most cities have electric bus lines in at least some areas, and the drivers are usually women. they are also invariably ruthless, which is why i used to deliberately play chicken with them in the far left lane riding a motorcycle. they do not use lights at night because the driver has to pay for bulb replacement should they wear out. they stay on schedule, regardless of pedestrian crossings (anywhere) or traffic lights.
60KPH? 1200 passengers? somebody been drinking too much baijou. maybe long range city to city busses with up to 1K passengers in just a few areas. god knows the trains are falling apart and people are riding ghandi style on top. the stuff they carry on trains...
i was on an overnight between kaifung and beijing in the summer of 2006 and stepped into the chamber between cars to smoke. i put my foot up on a large drab green trunk box with chinese characters and lit up. some fellow in cami pajamis ran up to me from the next car imploring me to leave. the GF at the time translated. it seems my foot was on a box of high explosives. after some discussion i determined that it was plastique. i explained to the grunt that it was nerry a nevermind, and that if he would open the box and carve off a chink we could brew up. he was rather taken aback.

i would suggest finding a mentor who is a retired doctor so that you always have someone to go to when you need a better quality medical opinion. nursing education is not as complete as the education of an internist, or a GP. not even an NP can compare in terms of knowledge base. the end of life decision you have to make should be made with as much information as possible. the wider your base, the more stable your foundation.

if you are 24 and in nursing school you should have a mentor. some retired physician instructor, preferrably an older woman. take your ethical concerns to them if you have uncertainty. as for your family, mail them each a copy of your mother's DNR order with a short letter explaining to them why your mother has chosen to originate it. be sure to arrange a medic alert bracelet for your mother indicating that a DNR order is in place.
speaking as a guy who at the age of 20 lost his mother to a long standing debilitating and fatal illness i can say that it is difficult, but it is better than prolonged suffering for all concerned parties, especially the decedent.

"The State" is not one of the "Several States" of the United States Of America. it is the country, itself. if someone sues the USA, the SCOTUS has jurisdiction. if someone sues the State of Arizona, a lower court has jurisdiction.

people who are actually being abused in a relationship normally take 3-4 times as long to find a new relationship after the old one ends as people who are not. people who use overlapping relationships as a crutch are not being abused. the human psyche just cannot work that way.
people who demand 50% of something they have not participated in earning are just plain conniving, selfish, and greedy.
people who pander to them are just plain stupid.

go down to your county courthouse and ask around at the sherrif's office. they will help you out.
if not, spend the bux on a lawyer. they may advise you to "rent" your house to a group of friends, in which case the eviction of this scum, who has prolly obtained "contractual interest" in living there by moving in as part of your marriage may have shorter process. if the 4 guys you "rent" the house to are persuasive enough, he might be gone in a day or so. whatever happens while they are there, it's 4 to 1 in terms of testimony.

like i said, you can deport her by placing her on a plane. she is not well enough grounded to fight your process if you are determined. pack her bags and drive her to the airport with no warning. she will be so surprised and off balance that she will do as you tell her to, and you will be off the hook when it's wheels up.

actually, quite the opposite is true, in my witness. men who can afford to have lovers grow very attached to them, whether they have 1, or 5. there is an old chinese saying; "marry the woman who loves you, and keep the woman you love." this has been custom in china and most other eastern countries for thousands of years. it is their way of life. they view lovers as "wild flowers" and wives as "garden fruit (food)". the wives are necessary to the sustinance of life, and the lovers are held to be admired for their beauty and near uselessness. their only use is in the "making of tea", which you have to be eastern to understand the principles behind the art of.
really, you should let go of your western prejudices for just a moment and learn a little about the eastern mindset. it is how more than half the world's population thinks.
