    Greetings! Way before pandemic, it only took 6 months from initial filing to the day of interview (Philippines), but currently due to backlogs it will take longer.

    - I do not understand of why they could not prove their sibling relationship using their original birth certificates that clearly shows at least one common parent. - And if they changed their names in their country of origin, it will still be the same, only it has an annotation, (of their new names) and still show that they have at least one common parent.

    Birth certificates of the three of them, then a proof of name change.
