You gotta understand where you are... you aint dealing with haiti...... you are trying to convince one of the worlds most powerful government organization. USCIS has the right to question and they reserve the full authority to question whatever they want and whoever they want. it is their moral obligation and i am glad that they do... because many people use this process to get into united states and become a public burden on the hardworking US population.
the burden of proof is on you and no one else. i rather get critized by fellow Vj'ers than USCIS officials... its your decision to comply with their requirements and provide them with sufficient evidence like everyone else is doing..
so cut the ####### and get down to business. get your evidence in and make all the necessary docs available which can help you. this is an awesome website. because of so much information and experience, you can avoid expensive legal fees which you may endup paying to lawyers.
