Amazingly, the guides here on VJ have the answers that you seek:
http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;page=k1guide
Scroll down and you will see a list of documents you need to collect for your fiancee once the NOA2 is issued.
Thanks buddy, the link helped a lot.

Hello VJ family,
I plan on visiting my fiancée in mid-November, However; I am also expecting NOA2 to arrive shortly after my departure to Pakistan. I will be in Pakistan until first week of January. I feel if I wait to submit the follow up paper working until I get back. It will add to my wait time and I will waste a lot of time. I do have a family member here in USA, who is willing to forward my mail to Pakistan and I would like to send the follow up from Pakistan just to save time. Please send any suggestion you may have. I need advice as to how to handle this situation.
I also don’t know what kind of paper work they will require from me and my fiancée after NOA2. A list of the paper work would be nice so I can take all the document will me to Pakistan.
I will highly appreciate any advice.
Thanks,
Shan.

All nonimmigrant visas, including fiance(e) visas, carry the same risk for the government, that is, an alien may remain in the US against the terms of his or her visa. Yet, you issue nearly 6 million non-petitioned, non-immigrant visas a year to non-taxpaying aliens, but when it comes to 50,000 fiance(e) visas, petitioned by own taxpaying citizens, now that's doing a lot of favor!
Immigrant visas issued
2002 - 389,157, including 41,197 visa lottery visas*
2003 - 364,768, including 48,085 visa lottery visas
2004 - 379,402, including 45,849 visa lottery visas
2005 - 402,247, including 46,099 visa lottery visas
2006 - 449,065, including 44,349 visa lottery visas
Non-immigrant visas issued
2002 - 5,769,437, including 39,008 fiance(e) visas
2003 - 4,881,632, including 44,633 fiance(e) visas
2004 - 5,049,099, including 51,802 fiance(e) visas
2005 - 5,388,937, including 53,968 fiance(e) visas
2006 - 5,836,718, including 48,864 fiance(e) visas
10% of those who enter the US legally on non-petitioned, nonimmigrant visas issued by the US consulates never return. That's a number 12 times greater than all the fiance(e) visas issued in any given year.
* Visa lottery is a program is run exclusively by the DOS, that is authorized to grant up to 55,000 foreign applicants a year permenant resident status (green card), at random, without any regard to their famiy connections, usefulness or humanitarian need.
Very Interesting statistics! thanks for sharing.

Hello everyone,
I have finally found the “August” family. I have been reading most of your posts for past couple of days and I have decided to introduce myself now.
I am planning on posting pictures soon, just so you know what I look like. (I have been lazy).
I was reading an early post, which said that their have been some NOA2’s received from Vermont already. Is that true? I would love to hear more about them. I would love to see their timeline.
I am planning on visiting my fiancée in November. I really hope that I receive mine before that too. Which sounds very far fetched?
Any how; I should be a regular on this site from now on. Looking forward to spending the rest of my journey with you guys.
Shan.
