    WE GOT A SPONSER!!!! I am bawling and she is AMAZING!! a good friend of mine who makes liek 7 times over what we need and her say okay look...I am sponsering you and if either of you go on welfare I will kill ya LOl

    NOW i have a QUESTION

    what are all the papers she will need and we will need I am so confused reading it all!!!

    When Shans mom sponsored me she had to sign like a promise to Shan that she would "help" out its like i-485a or something (might be wrong??) and then obviously the necessary documentation for ya sponsor. fingers crossed for ya!! :star:

    hey, just noticed you've added another transfer date to your timeline.....

    Hmmmm that was weird but anyway directed at CDNEH!!! :devil:

    I think I might change that, because I really don't know what the heck is going on. We were transferred July 17th to CSC, and the last touch was July 30th, the day after the biometrics. There has been nada since.

    Now on the 16th October I get this notice, and so did quite a few others of us in a similar situation ..and we are not sure if they have transferred it back again, or if it is still there and finally someone is blowing the dust off the stack. I love these late Friday night emails that leave you wondering ..wth...pending. Good grief, after three months it makes the wording on the transfer sound a bit daft..."We have transferred this case in order to speed up processing..."

    EXACTLY what a waste of time we we're sent to CA to speed things up and there processing times are longer than Chicago?????

    Erin and Johny: Good to hear from you at long last, wondered where you had disappeared to! The whole job thing SUCKS right now GRRRRRRRRR!!!!

    KOAKLAND: I seem to be struggling with crossing over my UK qualifications to there US equivalents and I'm applying for anything with benefits in my fields of "expertise" lol

    Anyway hope everyone is keeping well and not stressing TOOOOOO much (hmmmm)

    OH Rybear had his 9 month check up today and the DR said he was the size/weight/height of a 15 month old (hmmm maybe too much Mcdonalds when Shans at work????!!!!)))))

    By that I mean personal commitment / investment in the program. He makes bank either way and at this point he is lucky to play anywhere. If they lose, he isn't gonna lose much sleep over it IMO.

    So with bank accounts, we got told yesterday my wife needs to be a citizen before she can be on an account. I know it is BS but come on people...

    I think maybe it would be that he stays close to home. I'm sure they still live in Wisconsin and MN is close... and with his wife's health problems I'm sure playing close to home is a benefit. He'd have no part of going back to the Packers - after his first ordeal of indecisiveness they'd only offer him the backup position. (good for them IMHO) The whole world can't stop for him, ya know?

    The only drive for the vikings wins, I think, would be him not wanting to look like a fool and go out on a down turn after all the ####### he's pulled. Pretty much to save face. Other than that, I think you're right.

    I wish he'd coach and quit playing.

    Sorry about the bank - Seems not one organization is on the same page when it comes to this stuff. From drivers licenses to Social Sec cards.... seems everyone on here has gotten different information at one point or another.

    he was (maaybe, is) an extremely talented QB... I think he ruined his rep with all the 'I'm retiring - no I'm not... wait, yes I am. WAIT - no I really am going to play'..#######.

    I think so too. I don't think it is fair to the teams he has played for to jerk everyone around like that and I believe he ultimately stops people from getting where they want to go; what buy-in does he have?

    His contract is 2 yr. 25 mil. -- and as long as he's good for the first few games Brett can't get out with less than 6 mil should he get injured. But the term 'buy-in' I'm not familiar with -- Teach me Corinthians! :)

    So not too bad I guess. North Florida can be a nice place to live. Have you taken sides in the UF/FSU/Miami football world?

    AHH football only the Vikings and the Steelers allowed in this house.... Shans rule no 8!

    Structure is good. I hate Bret Favre though.

    Another touch on EAD 2 days running- WOO

    Oh and our file for Adjustment of Status has gone West and is en route to sunny Cali.........

    So lucky :thumbs:

    Nothing after 3 calls to the Senator so we might need to break down a pay for the medical. We had a local civil surgeon office do our vaccination form for $25. I almost wonder if that throws people off (the less than 1 year medical thing).

    3.5 hours back. Wow. If you live anywhere close that sucks. If you live in Jacksonville, you did pretty good.

    Yeah we're about an hour from Jacksonville.......

    On a somewhat random note... it looks like half or more of the people here have had to re-do medicals. How crazy is that?!

    It is insane. No Senator response yet. Best medical price, $120 with vaccinations extra. If we don't hear anything by Wednesday next week we'll probably go the new medical route. I am curious if the problem happens with specific POEs.

    Biometrics all done, in and out in 20 minutes!

    Cool. How was traffic?

    2.5 hours there, 20 minutes inside 3.5 hours back.....PERFECT! :angry::angry::angry::angry:
