    Sincerely,

  2. The point is: He sent the CORRECT FEE!!! But some idiot at the service center couldn't do simple math, or take a look at the fu$#ing paperwork to see how many people were included.

    This is the kind of $hit where you'd like to call them up and go ballistic on them, but unfortunately, the future of your case is still in there incompetent hands! :ranting:

    Some people work there I think not smart enough to do math :whistle:

  3. I don't need fingerprint folder ( i don't even know what that is). What you need are: Evidence for your relationship (your daughter birth certificate that born to the marriage, your lease or mortgage contract showing occupancy or ownership, joint bank account, credit card statement showing your name and your husband name, state tax return, joint utility bill, and other financial records that show your name and your husband name, green card, affidavits from at least from two of your friends, of course fill out form I751, and the check). all what you send are just copy, except the form I751 & check of course. Please someone else correct me if I'm wrong. Hope this is help.

  4. Please help, do you think this evidence is enough

    * Joint tax returns for past 4 years

    * Marraige pictures, general pictures and pictures of when i visited her family in CA

    * Lease papaers since 2004

    * Bank statements

    * Joint Car insurance since 2005

    * Health insurance

    * Electric bills (only in my name)

    * Cable bills (only in my name)

    * Cellphone bill ( under her name only)

    Look pretty good, but I don't think you need to send the bills that only have your/your wife name.
