youre ssc never changes, you can change the name when you get married but that # is hers forever

well if u have rental property i will assume you make enuff to meet the requirements without useing it but if you do list it go with what the average sell price has been in youre area for the last 3-6 months. we all know that house prices now are not what owners want or think they are ,they are alot lower but if u use the last 3-6 months of property sales of property that is similar to youres you will be fine good luck

we are wandering if anyone who had there interview in singapore were asked for a cenomar when applying for the k1,thanks

I think you also need a CENOMAR...since we are outside the philippines,we need to undergo Document verification...since Delbros will not anymore part of verification...so we if you are holding a philippine passport need to have a CENOMAR...you will request that in any NSO office ...and if you are married before and request a CENOMAR...they will give you a CEMAR which shows that you had a record of marriage in NSO....thats tru my experience because i was interviewed outside Philippines....but you still need to check on your us embassy in Singapore to make sure...good luck...
