I just got the same email.. I re-send my DS3032 yesterday afternoon per Saylin's advice found in FAQ..
Thanks so much Saylin!
Good luck to us!

Called this AM told them that G. Peters signed for the FEDEX.
Our papers(I-862/DS-230) will be reviewed by PI Supervisor, and forwarded to United States Embassy, Manila.
Then the United States Embassy, Manila, will complete the process.
I hope my wife and I are HERE in the USA before the 21st of March.
See what happens when the right people are involved
Wow! your papers are riding in an airplane, mine is in a boat...
:crying:
if US Embassy Manila will be the one to finish the process, is that mean that you're wife will be the one to bring the IV Packet? Good luck!

TALK to the SUPERVISOR. I did, and my DS-3032 was approved.
I try to ask to operator to forward me to their Supervisor but he doesn't want 'cause i haven't reach the max processing time.. It's frustrating process.. Wanna cry!

BTW, congrats!
-
This is why it's so much easier to just follow the email template. That way, there's no printing, no filling out, no signing, no scanning, no attaching. Just one simple email.
Hopefully the operator sticks to his word and gets it sorted out!
So sad, the operator didn't mean what he says.. til now i'm still dreaming for IV to be invoiced...
-
The first time I spoke to a very nice NVCTeleoperator and he said he'll send the invoice shortly. hopefully it won't take so long, I'm so excited to pay them...
-
I did have my husband re email with supervisor review in the subject line. It was addressed within hours with an approval.
That sounds fast. I'll try to wait for the invoice til today, then i email them..
Thanks!
-
Definitely add 'Supervisor Review' as the first part of the subject line. This will pretty much guarantee it will be looked at today. Hopefully something comes of it
Saylin, I got the IE already but no invoice yet..
my mom got the letter from NVC last feb.21 stating that they received the choice of agent. Do you think I need to write also for supervisor review? if it is, how will that works?
-
Manila approved my request to EXPEDITE!
Told to send all papers to NVC overnight
Congrats!
-
Hi Saylin! I'm using safari 'cause i'm checking from iMac or my iPad. But I'm kind of relieve 'cause I'm on the same boat with sunflower123. maybe it's the same person handling our case.. i wish it will be invoiced this week...
-
Hi everyone!
I have been out of town for a few days, but I am back!
I haven't heard anything about my DS-261, of course my IV Fee is not invoiced yet,and since my AOS approval nothing else happened. My husband has been calling NVC but he says that they only say that they received the Ds-261 on Feb 12th (When I actually filed it was FEb 6th...) and that it's not reviewed yet, but should be ready any time.
Is anyone else going through the same SUPER LONG waiting for the DS-261 review?/
WHAT can I do?
Ey! you're not alone..
i'm also waiting for IV invoice..
:crying:
-
It's pretty normal. It happened to me. I wouldn't panic. It's been over a well since they received my aos and there's no movement. That's the name of the game.
Perhaps request a supervisor review.
thanks! you're right, i shouldn't panic but i can't help not to..
Did you request for supervisor review? how long have you got the invoice from the the time they received the DS3032?
-
Hi Saylin!
It's been a week now since the NVC received the Ds3032 but IV is not yet invoice. I'm getting panicked. Have you encounter this situation from other filers?
Yah, i've checking the payment portal and no invoice yet...
Please tell me what to do...
Thanks!
-
Added you!
Just to make sure, are you using IE browser to log into the payment portal?
Thanks again Saylin!
Honestly, i don't know about IE browser but i guess i have because it works when i pay the AOS..
-
Saylin, can you add me in your timeline if you get a chance? thanks!
Called the NVC twice already but nothing happen. It's been 6 days since DS3032 accepted but IV in not yet invoiced. Getting stress, wondering what takes so long... a lot i've read they got invoiced the next day DS3032 accepted...
:crying:
hope & pray it will appear anytime today, or soon..
:crying:

If you can wrap up the NVC process in the next few weeks, a late April interview may be possible, but I'm thinking it's more likely it'll be early May. But you never know!
Ohhh Saylin, i just like reading your reply 'cause you give us hope when we're feeling hopeless..
Nway, i had all the papers ready. I'm just waiting for the NVC to do their job hoping they'll be quick..
Good night Saylin! Thanks for sharing your time & effort to answer our question & cheering us up..(",)
-
Trying to catch up with the NVC, haven't take so long to get connected but IV invoice is not yet ready... It's been 5 days already since DS3032 was accepted! What's going on, why some got their invoice same day their DS3032 accepted?
Saylin, do you think my mom can have her interview by April?
-
Hi Saylin & everybody!
Just wanna know how long will it takes from the time the NVC receives the DS3032 'til the IV invoice?
My DS3032 was accepted last Feb. 21 but I haven't got the invoice yet...
:crying: My patience is draining..

when I flew few years ago, I just had the photo copy of my husband's credit card & his drivers license.. Just make a copy whatever you got for in case they wanna ask.. if your husband got a chance to scan & email you his driver's license then you can print it is much better. driver's license id is most likely honored than any other..
God bless your flight!
