I just got the same email.. I re-send my DS3032 yesterday afternoon per Saylin's advice found in FAQ.. Thanks so much Saylin!

    Good luck to us!

  3. Called this AM told them that G. Peters signed for the FEDEX.

Our papers(I-862/DS-230) will be reviewed by PI Supervisor, and forwarded to United States Embassy, Manila.

Then the United States Embassy, Manila, will complete the process.

I hope my wife and I are HERE in the USA before the 21st of March.kicking.gif

See what happens when the right people are involved good.gif

Wow! your papers are riding in an airplane, mine is in a boat... :crying: :crying: :crying: if US Embassy Manila will be the one to finish the process, is that mean that you're wife will be the one to bring the IV Packet? Good luck!

  4. Definitely add 'Supervisor Review' as the first part of the subject line. This will pretty much guarantee it will be looked at today. Hopefully something comes of it good.gif

Saylin, I got the IE already but no invoice yet.. :crying:

my mom got the letter from NVC last feb.21 stating that they received the choice of agent. Do you think I need to write also for supervisor review? if it is, how will that works?

  5. Hi everyone!

I have been out of town for a few days, but I am back!

I haven't heard anything about my DS-261, of course my IV Fee is not invoiced yet,and since my AOS approval nothing else happened. My husband has been calling NVC but he says that they only say that they received the Ds-261 on Feb 12th (When I actually filed it was FEb 6th...) and that it's not reviewed yet, but should be ready any time.

Is anyone else going through the same SUPER LONG waiting for the DS-261 review?/

    WHAT can I do?

Ey! you're not alone.. :crying: i'm also waiting for IV invoice.. :crying: :crying: :crying:

  6. If you can wrap up the NVC process in the next few weeks, a late April interview may be possible, but I'm thinking it's more likely it'll be early May. But you never know!

Ohhh Saylin, i just like reading your reply 'cause you give us hope when we're feeling hopeless..

Nway, i had all the papers ready. I'm just waiting for the NVC to do their job hoping they'll be quick..

Good night Saylin! Thanks for sharing your time & effort to answer our question & cheering us up..(",)

  7. SAME GUY picked up again! hahaha

He states again that our DS-261 is still pending to get reviewed, no estimated time, BUT I filed it on Feb 6th and he said that it was filed on Feb 12th which is not correct... :bonk: :bonk: So we just gotta keep waiting...

    Hi! Is IV bill invoiced?

    Haven't got mine yet...;(

  8. when I flew few years ago, I just had the photo copy of my husband's credit card & his drivers license.. Just make a copy whatever you got for in case they wanna ask.. if your husband got a chance to scan & email you his driver's license then you can print it is much better. driver's license id is most likely honored than any other..

    God bless your flight!
