Is the age of majority in Canada not 18? I booked my hotel through hotels.ca, and AFTER confirming it, see that the confirmation page states that check-in requires an adult no younger than 21.

Most hotels will let you check in if you are the age of majority provided you have a major credit card that can be pre-authorized for the cost of the room plus taxes and an incidental deposit. Most incidental deposits are $250. Call and speak to the hotel directly, that is probably a standard hotels.ca disclaimer.

Canadian or American most public washrooms are disgusting lol

Men's restrooms for the most part are ten times more disgusting than womens...lol I remember once back in Canada I was working night audit and the hotel was empty and I had to pee...for sake of adventure I went into the men's restroom....WHAT A DUMP it was horrible. on the women's side there is tons of stalls and nice little hand towels..I almost felt bad for them..needless to say I walked back to the women's restroom and went there.

SSN did almost the same thing to me but because my info wasn't in the system at all. They told me 4 weeks it took 7 days. Four days to get the notice that they have to confirm with DHS and three days after that my card came in the mail. As far as the DL and everything I can't help you. But hopefully the four week thing doesn't freak you out too much anymore.

That's the problem with this place...the only library is in downtown..the transit system makes no sense and I'm afraid to drive the Jeep (it's a bit of a beast)

In Winnipeg there were like 20 libraries and the buses made sense! lol I'm just suffering from massive boredom..I look forward to the days I clean the washrooms and such :|
