  1. Sorry nothing can be done about the K1 but here is a thought. A while back a woman in Chicago stayed at a church for like 6 months because she was going to be deported. She had children that were born here. ICE wouldnt come on the church grounds and arrest her, so there she stayed. She finally came out and was arrested but they didnt deport her, the reason, her children were USC's and you can't deport USC's. This lady had no one who would take her children, family that is. I would have her do some serious research in this line.

In the mean time, she needs to get a order of child support going. If she files in the Philippines the child support will be low, but if she files it her, it will be prolly double or tripple.

Your advice about obtaining support is good.

    The rest.........not so much.

Well about the woman in Chicago, I dont know what ever happened to her but I know they didnt deport her because of her USC children.....

  4. Does it really matter when it come to interview at USEM? Would the consol give you a hardtime about it?

    HELPPPP!!!!!!!

Is it really that bad where you live that you actually want somebody that old? Why would you throw your life away like this. If you didn't file a petition yet I would wait until your dream man comes along. I mean seriously don't do this to yourself. I could not imagine some 23yr old marrying my Pop Pop ILLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL NASTYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY.

Again it's none of your *&^%$$% buissness! My new personal mission in life is going to be following you into every thread you post and tell the world what I think of you!

  5. Heck I am 87 and my wife turned 18 the day before we married and we had no issue. Heck she even had a baby by me, got to love viagra! Age doesn't matter at all.

Btw it's not true, our age difference that is.

This is so nasty. Is it right that your child be raised without a father? You are 87 and she is 18? Ok let's tell the truth you always had a feddish for little girls, and you know darn well that no American 18yr old girl would have wanted you because if you had millions of dollars you would have gotten your blond hair blue eye dream girl.

Who pizzed in your wheaties? But I guess they you never learned to read ehh! BTW it's non of your %$^$ buissness how old or young someone is when they marry. Does it effect you? Doesn't the sun and moon still come up when they are supposed to? Go ####### off now ehh.

  6. I know a guy for $20 bucks and a case of Bud can make your problem.......

Hey if she is duping you, start selling off all your possesions to a family member or friend you trust for say $1 each. When she is out and about, change the locks, put all her stuff on the dor step with a note saying c-ya, wouldn't want to be ya. Have her cell turned off, atm, credit cards cancled...all the good stuff. Good luck to you.

  7. My wife has a friend from the Philippines and she is here on a cr1 visa and she is thinking of joining the US Armed Services (Army I think)

She asked the recruiter and he didn't know this and asked my wife to ask me, Does she give up her Philippine citizenship when she takes the Oath to join the military? I looked on the army web site and I found this, it's not very helpful.

"You cannot join the U.S. Army unless you are a U.S. citizen, U.S. National, or have a green card. You can only get a green card if you live in the United States for 5 years or marry a U.S. citizen. In order to move to the United States you have to get a resident card. You can obtain a resident card by first getting a job in the U.S."

I found this on the uscis web site but I cant seem to find the info either.

    Any one have any idea?

The duty in the USAF is a whole lot easier. There are a lot more USAF careers that translate to civilian careers too. There isn't much demand for tank drivers and convoy leaders in civilian life.

Accually this woman has a very specialized career and the Army is the only armed service that has this job. Matter of fact they supply the Navy,USMC and USAF with all their job requirments. Unfortantly for this woman, the USA doesn't accept the BA she has in the Philippines so her only option is to enlist as a private, spend a year, get her USC (1 year of service gets you your citizenship) while she does this, she will work toward getting her credentials up to par (the testing is going to cost over $5000) and then apply for OCS (Officers Canidate School)

I guess she will just have to join and wait and see if they will take it away from her.

  9. Heck I'll charge you $100 to check and recheck your forms for you! Matter of fact just send me the extra $100 and I promiss to throw it away for you, I PROMISS. Thats what you will be doing when you use a service.

Since I have been a member, I dont know how many prople I have seen come on here with problems with their K1 becasue the visa service or attny screwed them up. Just take your time, read, check, double check, tripple check and send them off.
