Hi all! My fiancé (USC) and I (PH) submitted our I-129F petition in October this year, and we received the I-797C notice 5 days later. Now we're just waiting for our case to be approved. Does anyone here have experience with processing their K-1 visa in Japan? Not necessarily PH passport holders, but the same situation as mine. How long did you wait for your case to be approved? What are the important things I should do while waiting for our approval? I currently work in Japan, so we're processing the K-1 here. I appreciate your input. Thank you!

Hi everyone! Is there someone here, particularly from the Philippines, who filed a K-1 Visa from another country (e.g., OFW, immigrants from other countries), I'd like to ask if you still attended the CFO seminar conducted in the Philippines. I heard that if you have resided abroad for several years, you're exempt and no longer required to attend the seminar. Any experiences? Please share po. Thank you!

Hi all! Has anyone experienced changing address months after filing their form? I will be reassigned next year, so I will change my mailing address. The thing is, we already filed the I-129F and inputted the address I currently live at. Any problems encountered with changing the address?
