    Thank you!!! I'm new here and with the whole application process... So I just recently sent in the I-130 and I-130a on the 4th. How would I know if after filing these applications if I applied for K3 or the other one you mentioned.

    How can I find out if K3's are available or what the wait time is for this visa? What does that mean "No Visas available" Guess I have to do more research. I thought once filling out the paper work and passing the required application and interview processes they would grant you permission/visa for your spouse. I know every situation/case is different and catered to each person but...

    Hello... Just recently sent my documents I130 and I130 A as well. (December 4) Just reaching out about info updates. I haven't heard anything as of yet from them except a receipt notice. Do you know or have any idea on a timeline... or what other forms we may need to fill out in the near future? With your comment I don't want to advise any wrong advice I only heard that if something is missing they'll send you a RFE ( request for evidence) Reading the other comments, I suppose its ok to resend your passport... but again i'm just a petitioner like yourself and would hate to advise anything that would adversely affect your case.     Hello I am at the end of filling out the docs for I-130 and the I-130a. I'm a little confused with the part of the I-130a where it asked about an interpreter and preparer. Does anyone know, if I the (petitioner) am filling out the form for my spouse (beneficiary) , can I be the interpreter and the preparer. There's a question on the I-130a that says to use the same person that was listed on the first form...I-130a There was no person used on the first form. I-130 so do I answer this part or no on the I130a Someone please and thank you for any and all responses.
