Hi everyone. any February 2025 filers here who are not approved yet? my NOA1 is 02-25 and still "Case Received" there are still about 32 received cases in my batch. im just a bit worried that it might take a long time because it doesnt seem like uscis have approved any cases for 25th today. they have been moving forward approving new cases filed on 1st week of March.

*update: we received our NOA1 thru mail on MARCH 20,2025, but we never did thru email or text. good enough coz we got the case number and i be able to track the status. Timeline: Feb 20- Packet k1 sent Feb 25- Uscis received the packet Feb 28- Uscis sent NOA1 March 20- received nOa1 thru mail

Thanks for sharing your experience. it is fine as long as you got the case number coz you could check your case status online using that number. ofc it would be better if you get the hard copy as well. im sorry that you didnt, its really frustrating, i know. as for an update, we already received our Noa1 hard copy in mail just today so i also checked it online using the receipt number

hi, anyone has similar situation with us? we sent our K1 packet on Feb 20, 2025 and it was delivered at USCIS DALLAS on Feb 25. My petitioner's credit card was charged on Feb 28… but until now we have not received any text,email or mail from USCIS. but i have read that others been receiving their NOA1 within a week of filing. is there anything we can do? or do we have to just keep waiting? im a bit worried. without the receipt number we cant check the status of our application at all.

hi we are in the same situation now, hope everything went well with your case. can you please tell me, did you finally get the text/email? if yes, when? and how long did it take to receive the physical copy in mail? i am also worried with ours. the card was charged end of February, but still no text or email from uscis. and others are getting it within a few days to a week
