  1. Yes... It comes separate on a Notice of Action form and the notice type is: USCIS Account Access Notice
  2. Ours took 11 or 12 days - We actually got the Online Access code in the mail in 4 days
  3. Ok then it sounds like she's just in the normal administrative processing that every visa application goes through after the interview. Sometimes they will leave the case in "Refused" status while that happens. How long has it been since the interview?
  4. They send the email when they send the case to the embassy… look for the email when the case status changes to “In Transit”.
  5. Did the green slip require the submission of any documents? Could you post a pic or scan of it ? with any personal information redacted of course)
  6. When I was looking for slots for Jaycel's interview, the embassy seemed to drop openings onto the portal between 9am-11am local time. That was back on the old portal so their processes may have changed
  7. I've been looking at the other Application types (I-130, I-765, I-140 & 1-129F) and it seems te last day or two, there is very little activity from USCIS on ANY forms. Wonder if there is soem Agency-wide mandatory training? Perhaps on the new Illegal Immigrant Registration requirements that were just rolled out? (That's just me guessing... I have no data to back that up)
  8. The Embassy seems to open interview slots on the website between 9am-11am local time. At least that's how it was when I was searching for slots for Jaycel.
  9. You're welcome! To show your thanks, please fill out your timeline so that your data can add to the overall accuracy of VJ's timelines and help other users
  10. Today's stats: Not a lot of movement November 2024 Filed I-485 Stats • Approved: 169 • Denied: 85 • FingerprintScheduled: 357 • InterviewCancelled: 3 • InterviewScheduled: 116 • Processing: 38,056 • Received: 845 • Rejected: 110 • RFE: 2,325 • Terminated: 96 • Others: 97
  11. Just make sure you put all the applications in 1 envelope - That's what Jaycel and I did and her I-765 was accepted and approved in 51 days
  12. $260 when filed concurrently with the I-485
  13. This is enough to protect yourself If USCIS grants your request to withdraw the I-130 then this is not necessary
  14. Seems like yesterday/today (Whenever they update the actual case date) have been slow for USCIS - Almost no movement at all on any of the categories for the I-485 stats for November filers
  15. Getting the address corrected is the big thing.... If they want you to explain, they'll ask
  16. File the form now
  17. We took our digital pictures and inserted them into a Microsoft word document, added text boxes underneath with descriptions, people, dates, etc. We also took screen shots of a bunch of our Facebook Messenger chats and did the same thing. Then we scanned boarding passes, hotel reservations, AirBnb reservations, passport stamps, etc. and put them all together in a timeline of our meetings.
  18. Same... we figured that the only way Jaycel would travel before receiving her green card is in an emergency anyway
  19. I think that's your best bet.... That way they can't hit you later with another RFE for the 2024 taxes. We just uploaded my 2024 Tax Return Transcript to the case file online for her I-485 last week.
  20. CFO, Visa and receipt showing you paid the exit tax are all I can think of
  21. Yes I think you explained it perfectly. Sorry to cause angst at this stage. I just didn’t want that to come back on you later
