  1. Looks like over the last week they've been ramping up approvals for October 2024 filers. Hopefully getting closer for us! 😅
  2. Like @OldUser said previously - The instructions state to submit as much evidence as you can. The I-751 is not the place to skimp (IMHO). So I would send the monthly statements. This is from the instructions for the I-751 (emphasis mine): Evidence of the Relationship Submit copies of documents indicating that the marriage upon which you were granted conditional status was entered in “good faith” and was not for the purpose of circumventing immigration laws. Submit copies of as many documents as you can to establish this fact, to demonstrate the circumstances of the relationship from the date of the marriage to the present date
  3. I made a mistake on my I-129F, got an RFE, responded to the RFE with what they needed within 10 days and got approved just 4 days after they received my response. If they RFE you for the letters of intent, it's a pretty easy fix I can't agree with this enough... when you find your person, it sucks to be separated but once you get past the separation part of the immigration process and are together here in the US, all the hard times being apart fall into the background and you realize that it was soooo 100% worth it
  4. You do not need to wait. Manila sometimes does send the invitation letter, sometimes does not. You will need to bring the appointment confirmation letter to get into the embassy for your interview. Jaycel brought her K1-FTP letter with her just in case but was never asked for it. You will now have to book a separate biometrics appointment at the Visa Application Center (VAC) in Parañaque City to be done before your visa interview appointment. Schedule the medical exam for a couple of weeks before the interview
  5. Personally, on every form we have filled out for USCIS, we have put a N/A in every spot that did not apply to us
  6. Prayers and good vibes heading your way from me and Jaycel !
  7. Woo Hoo!!!! 🎉🎉 What's the date for the interview?
  8. Yes, you will go to USPS, get a Priority Mail Envelope. Address it to yourself and then take it to the counter and tell the USPS clerk that you need to buy $10.10 in postage for the envelope. Then fold up that envelope and put it into the envelope with all of the documents that you are sending them.
  9. Jaycel and I were furiously checking her spam folder and constantly checking the signal strength on her cell phone all day to make sure we weren't missing any messages 🤣
  10. So looking at this, it looks like you just have to fill in the answers right there on the RFE form, scan it and upload it on the my.uscis.com portal in your I-485 case status Don't call them - It will be an exercise in futility - Just answer the RFE and give them what they want
  11. These are the questions you must answer when you answer "Yes" to the question "Are you subject to inadmissibility under the public charge rule". which you should have answered yes to. Seems like a pretty simple RFE actually
  12. Hmmm good question... This is our experience so far: I-129F NOA1 - White Paper, No Watermark I-129F NOA2 - Pale Green Paper, Statue of Liberty Watermark I-485 & I-765 NOA1s - White Paper, No Watermark I-765 NOA2 - Pale Green Paper, Statue of Liberty Watermark
  13. That’s for the approval notices… The receipt notices are on white paper without the watermark.
  14. HAHAHAHA I get it Jaycel was going crazy waiting to be able to work
  15. That appears to be what they are asking for... The whole I-129F but that second page of the RFE looks weird to me
  16. You have to wait for the card anyway.... The approval notice explicitly states that it cannot be used for work authorization. Congrats BTW!! The documents tab often lags behind the change in case status. Give it some time
  17. Also when you print it out, make sure the whole form is visible on the printed page: If you complete and print this form to mail it, make sure that the form edition date and page numbers are visible at the bottom of all pages and that all pages are from the same form edition. If any of the form’s pages are missing or are from a different form edition, we may reject your form. Make sure the edition date, page numbers and barcode are all showing
  18. Just make sure that when you fill it out again, you send the current edition of the form. According to the USCIS website 04/01/24 is the current edition: 04/01/24. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions.
  19. One more question.... did you keep a copy of the whole packet you sent to USCIS when you filed?
  20. Is that first image you uploaded a scan or picture of the entire 2nd page? If not, could you upload the entire 2nd page with any receipt numbers/personally identifying information blacked out?
  21. This does not look like an RFE to me.... Did that come in the mail?
  22. This is what an RFE should look like. This was the one I got for my I-129F...
